They are listed on my credit card bill as CIC*Triple Advantage (should be listed as "Take Advantage!" When I call their number (877-481-6825, in CA) the first option after the introduction is "if you would like to cancel press #1." I had a pager with them for over ten years for my bussiness. They were billing my American Expreess card for the charges. Then I get a Collection notice from ERSolutions and ordering me to pay the late bill. I called them three times and no call back. I called American Messaging and they woud not talk to me since it was in collection. So They stop billing my credit card and then they send me to collections over $55.00. So I, m paying for it and turning off my pager and chaging to another company. Since they do not want to get thier money from my credit card. Towards the end of last summer, I bought three pairs of Crocs Prima shoes. One thing I liked about these shoes was that they were described as slip-resistant, and that they were suitable for wear in wet weather/wet areas. Malpractice! The car doctor took 4 months to replace my motor and this being my only work vehicle; they damaged my business. However, I was willing to overlook the exorbitant price of $6, 000.00 when they returned my truck. To my shock and dismay the motor blew w/ less than a 1, 000 miles on the new motor and with a unconditional one year warranty, I assumed the car doctor(GILBERT) would make good on it. On May 9, 2008, I ordered a part for my 3 burner grill. When completing the order I was given the choice of having the part shipped via FedEx Ground, which I chose. On May 15, I went back to the website to find out where the part was and found it had been shipped on the 9th, but by US Postal Service, not the FedEx Ground I had been charged for, and was currently in Ohio, according to the trace from USPS. A high-pressure salesman has been repeatedly contacting my elderly parents with news of "interested buyers" willing to pay over $20, 000 for undeveloped desert land located in the Rio Del Oro subdivision near Belen, NM. I received a refurb TV from an online retailer, guess what it comes without an antenna socket, so I send it in under the "3-month" warranty right away to Westinghouse.
