I had a pager with them for over ten years for my bussiness. They were billing my American Expreess card for the charges. Then I get a Collection notice from ERSolutions and ordering me to pay the late bill. I called them three times and no call back. I called American Messaging and they woud not talk to me since it was in collection. So They stop billing my credit card and then they send me to collections over $55.00. So I, m paying for it and turning off my pager and chaging to another company. Since they do not want to get thier money from my credit card. Towards the end of last summer, I bought three pairs of Crocs Prima shoes. Malpractice! The car doctor took 4 months to replace my motor and this being my only work vehicle; they damaged my business. On May 9, 2008, I ordered a part for my 3 burner grill. When completing the order I was given the choice of having the part shipped via FedEx Ground, which I chose. I bought a 2003 trailblazer from kenny ross in nov. of 2002. It came with a dealer power train warranty of 100 month, 100, 000 miles. I received a refurb TV from an online retailer, guess what it comes without an antenna socket, so I send it in under the "3-month" warranty right away to Westinghouse. I am formally filing this complaint with you about my bank, National City located at 1385 North Green Mount Road, OFallon, IL. 62269. I too used to use Unishippers and had many of the same issues that are written about here, extra charges billed higher than the quoted amount and freight claims not paid because if you read the disclaimer it says freight is insured for much less than the industry standard of $20.00 per lb. that's why their rates are low. Do not shop at Stonestown Whitehall jeweler!!! The customer service is horrible.
