I had bought a 2 slot DVD player and surround sound receiver from a Radio Shack store in TX before i moved to TN in 2005. In July of 2006 the tray that rotates between the 3 disc slots broke and would not move or open any DVD slots. I purchased an Ionic Breeze over the Christmas Holiday. The weeks and months of use of the ionic breeze took a toll on me both physically and mentally. I was constantly coming home and cleaning and disinfecting the Ionic Breeze. My son received an Intex inflatable island pool for his birthday. It was finally warm enough to inflate it this weekend. None of the valves will stay shut long enough to keep it inflated. As I look through the compliants to date I can confirm that Bill Elis and Bob Downey have also scammed us in the same manner. The usual small up front fee then a nominal fee sometime later coming with news that they have a buyer that's offering a significant more money for our timeshare than we paid for it. These guys are FRAUDS so beware of their names in other timeshare marketing companies. My sons had their pictures made for my Mother's day gift. Pictures were to be ready on 5/28. I called on 5/27 to find out that the pictures/film were lost/damaged and could not be developed. As my sons are all adults and live in different parts of the city and work different schedules it will be impossible to have these retaken. Convection & regular oven work the same. It doesn't matter what I'm cooking or what temperate & you pay extra for that! The porcelain is so thin it has chipped off at each point the grate touches or rubs. The pullout draw has 2 gauges in the porcelain from screws in the oven door above it. MTBC was contracted to file claims on behalf of the provider who provided health care services on 8 February 2007, 15 February 2007, 22 February 2007, and 1 March 2007. The claims submitted to the HMO and the subsequent bills I received were for $435. I lost my wheel lock so instead of going thru the hassle of ordering one i figured it was easier taking my car to this kwik kar and for them to remove it. I had a security system installed just over a year ago. The system includes a regular electronic system as well as a video surveilance system The electronic system works well and there are no problems. Service is outstanding. When a company grows it is important to hold tight the values as well as to conform to the policies, which makes it viable for its next level. Looks like Cognizant is not cared about it and sure this negative attitude will show up if it continues not to care for a long time.
