Hi...I had purchased the Google Caskey2 pack 10 days ago and although I received the confirmation mail of the payment and got the eBook in my mail, the ebook does not open even with the username and password provided...apert from this, I am yet to receive the cd tht was to reach me by courier.As a result of this, I am unable to start.
