MLT does not guarantee anything when you book a trip. Not the room or beds so if you book a room for a family of 4 be prepared to have someone sleep on the floor, maybe. We were put in a room with one bed for 4 people and the desk clerk and manager really did not care. We spent $7000 on this trip to Playa and my kids spent the first nights on Beach chairs. I travelled from US to India on Kuwait Airlines and my baggage was lost and it's been 13 days till now and I still do not know the status of my bag. I bought a gateway computer 1997. The mother board crashed which meant it didn't work. Gateway claimed the warranty expired and it was only 6 mos old. We threw out the computer it was useless. I owed 600 dollars we told them we wouldn't pay. We purchased a King size King Coil mattress from Art Van furniture in Michigan. Our salesperson told us Art Van owned the King Coil factory and if anything were to happen to the mattress it could be replaced. There is an erroneous NSF fee posted to my account. I called M&T Bank at 10am on Saturday 5/24/08. The girl who answered the phone told me the NSF fee was posted to a transaction at a mini-mart a week prior to my call. Two months ago I purchased a brand new Samsung 19' HDTV with the "no hassle" replacement plan. I was told by the sales associate that if I had any problems, I bring it in the store and they give me a BRAND NEW one.
