We got our pictures taken at this Picture Me Portrait studio in Walmart. They took the pictures and showed us a small blurred section of the photo and we had to decide whether or not we wanted to keep the photo. When we got the photos in person, I noticed that they were out of focus and our family photo was not centered on the page. My new 24" iMac had problems within days of its arrival, and MacMall's telephone Tech Support suggestions were unsuccessful. The Apple Store tech diagnosed a faulty logic board, but he wanted me to return the iMac to MacMall to be issued a new computer. Wu Yi was charging my checking account. After many phone calls from me and my bank they cancelled the account under the name Wu Yi Weight Loss Tea. I continually was disappointed with the lack of good customer service and poor quality of work on my car. I found myself returning to this shop multiple times because the "problem" was not fixed properly. I felt I was not treated with respect as a paying customer. The customer service representative often became argumentative and downright rude at times when discussing issues concerning my car. I received my capsules for 4.77. I have been trying to reach them by phone and mail to no avail. They have taken 54.72 out of my account and I have not received anything else. I set up autopay on a low interest balance tranfer loan to pay off my car at low itnerest. I set up Bank to Credit Card company payments at my bank Union Bank of CA. 15 payments rolled by without a problem then for some reason I was a day early. I had set it up to be early as not to EVER be late. Then I seem my statement has a new 19.1% form 4.99% interest rate and a balance of $7000 remaining!!! The interest went from $20 a month to $110!!! My son ordered a scope for his paintball gun. This was done through Mesa Paintball Supply via e-bay. An empty box was received!! Company refuses to deal with the problem. I have tried for a couple of months to set up an online payment account as I have with all of my other Chase accounts, but I get an error message each time and when I call circuit city I can never get a human being to talk to. So far the product does notwork, do not see or feel any signs of even inches lost. It has only been 14 days, but i should see something. Then.without any notice or authorization they charge my debit card 69.95+.55 fee, and the 30 daysupply is on it's way and I cannot cancel or return. I opened an account with Innovated Merchant two weeks before my business was up and running. I sell hardwood floors and had not yet establish a cliental but wanted to be ready with a credit card machine. I told the rep that I would activate the machine as soon as I need to. this is the second phone i have recieved and it is experiencing the same problems as before only worse. The phone died Friday June 13, 2008. I was able to revive the phone but not back to its full use, there was merly a white screen that displayed the time and battery which is full. I removed the sim card and battery and put it in another phone which has the same make and model and everything worked fine. I called Cox about a cable problem which was introduced when Cox technician installed a high definition cable box. Cox came and replaced another cable box and I was told by their customer services that it was no charge for the repair. But I soon found out when Cox send me a bill that shows $49.95 for the repair. This company needs reported to the FBI, for fraud and Scamming people. I just did some research on them and they have over 300 complaints to the Better Business Bureau. The story is the company sends out the product (a trial teeth whitening and full kit) if you don't like it you send back the full kit. I purchased a swimsuit from bestswimwear.com. I wore it once and washed it by hand and hung dry it once. During the washing process the bathing suit bleed. There was a brown stripe and it bleed in several places into the other colours. I contacted them and asked for a replacement suit for the defective product. They wouldn't help me. I've had a girlfriend who had a similar problem with a local retailer and they took the defective suit back and gave her a replacement.
