I was checking my back account today and there was an un-authorized withdrawal of 39.95 from my account. I was informed that I had 14 days to cancel the service and this amount was taken from my account after only 12 days. I now have a 35.00 overdraft fee including this charge which has my account in the negative. They refuse to correct their mistake and expect me to pay for their screw up and I refuse. When I asked to speak with with a supervisor they refused. I am now reporting this company to the BBB and having a going to have a lawsuit against this company for fraud!!! read full review »

My group stopped by this place because the sign said hot homemade peach cobbler and ice cream. When we walked up to the counter we were told to pay credit or debit card only because the cash drawer wouldn't open. Ok. The first of our group ordered her cobbler (which was $4.95 btw) and pecan ice cream. The clerk said she was out of that ice cream. Ok, do you have homemade vanilla? Yes... but we are out of it too. SCAM SITE! SCAM SITE! SCAM SITE! Here's how this scam site works: They bill themselves as an anonymous email forwarding service. You sign up and give them your contact info (which I'm sure they then sell). You send off an email. A few days later, when you check on your 'account', they let you know that it was undeliverable, but - very helpfully - you can pay them to send a snail mail version. Ha! What a rip-off! For almost one year, this company has been charging my credit card a monthly fee of $19.95. My bank reverses the entry as long as I write a letter describing the unauthorized charge but the charges continue. I have not been able to find a way to cancel. The phone service puts you in a loop that never goes anywhere. This company needs to be prosecuted. read full review »

Purchase a Maytag dryer 2 years and 2 months ago. The dryer stopped working. Had Sears out to take a look and they took the dryer apart and found that the outer drum had a six inch crack in the drum. Likey a manufacturing defect that finally got so bad the dryer failed. I called Maytag and they did NOTHING. Thought it perfectly acceptable that a two year old dryer failed by a larger crack in the outer drum (the one that is outside and not visible unless it is taken apart). Through Festiva Resorts, we paid a small fee of $99 for a 4day/3night stay in Myrtle Beach knowing that there was a time-share presentation that we'd have to attend for a few hours. Included in this fee was a free 3day/2night stay at another hotel in a town of our choice (from their list of course) to be used up to a year after our presentation, 2 cruise passes, a $25 dinner voucher and $250 Nascar certificate to purchase stuff online at that website.

You need to address the rebates on your site as some are apparently fraudulent. I sent this rebate and jumped through all the hoops and they sent me a e-mail rejecting because of their mistakes. One of the pages, I know I sent them because remember it and and I have copies of it on my computers, was lost by them. This company is a fraud and can't be reached by the telephone number issued. I indicated on the phone when ordering the two books that I was not interested in any thing else the company had to offer only to receive mail accompanying the books that 9.95 may be deducted from the credit card number indicated on a monthly basis. My first mistake was pulling into your driveway. I got out my car onto your slippery faux-marble stairs and was confronted with the hefty $20.00 a day Valet parking ticket. Twenty dollars a day to have your car vandalized, hit by a city bus, windows smashed out and other random people riding as passengers!!! WOW!!! I have never seen such un-professionalism! I wanted to send my son, who has Asperger's Syndrome, to the day camp at Sea World. Though he is very high functioning (13 and 8th grade advanced classes), there are some things that he would need in accommodation to make his experience great! Once again Wu-Yi Tea and this so -called Living Lean(I have no clue) have struck . I too have been a victim of this repetitive barrage of over charges. One box of tea has drawn over $90.00 from my account. They want me to return something that I haven't received. I was told of a trial period, no such thing! I never signed on for a help line, that I've never heard from; but was still charged for.

I filled out a partial form online for what said "Free tones to try"- I DID NOT submit the form nor did i touch the key to submit form online and CSW submitted service directly to my phone. They are a RIP OFF company! Cannot get a refund even if they are to blame! Claim to have batteries that are equivalent to the OEM batteries made by the name brand manufacturers but buyers beware! Get involved and send all the correspondence you have to the California State Attorney General's office! Have them investigated and shut down!

They do not attempt to contact you that they are going to be charging you for another year of service, they do do this without permission or consent. On April 25, 2008, I owned my motorcycle for 1 year. Of the first year, I was out of the country working offshore for 8 months. The 4 months I was home, my motorcycle was in the shop over 50 days! The air breather was ripping off going down the road, not once, twice, but 4 times! I almost had a wreck trying to catch it on one occasion. I never received any information from either company and I have been charged 9.95, for secret shopper and 29.95 for direct suplus on my debit card for 5 months and no results.

This company also does roof work. On May 21, 2008 I advanced Steve Allen Powell money to replace shingles at my home. Powell signed an agreement to complete the roof job. Powell did not return to do the job as promised and used the money for his own use. I have been receiving numerous calls from this company about my vehicle warranty. They call at work, home, and my cell phone. When I say no thanks and to have my name removed, they hang up on me and continue to call 3 or 4 more times daily. I feel that this is now harassment. I get charged for the calls on my cell phone and the same number does not always appear on the caller id, so I don't realize it's them.
