I reserved bottle service for a night out with my friends on my credit card. I told them many times that we will be paying cash. The server, hostess and all other attendants confirmed over and over again that there wouldn't be any problems. At the end of the night, I paid them $300 cash including a $50 tip. In July '06, we decided it was time to purchase a home instead of paying rent for someone else’s' house. We picked a home to accommodate our then 3 children. We had American Home Mortgage with an Adj. Rate higher than the Federal rate due to our credit. Our loan was sold to, you guessed it, Ocwen. After the loan sale, the rate increased a little. I placed an order on their website at the end of May. I was charged a delivery of $65.00. Sears made a $1.00 run on my card to make sure it was valid then didn't hear from them. The installer made a sharp turn as he backed out of the driveway and collided with my parked BMW 650 Ci that was on the street in front of my home at least 5 feet away from the driveway. I was out of town on the day this occured. Their office called me to collect the installation balance due via credit card without mentioning the accident. Ordered furniture through Black's Furniture on January 29th, 2008. Furniture has been delivered 3 times, and yet it is unusable: 1. First delivery - Headboard and another piece damaged 2. My service was interrupted at 10:15 am on July 8. Within 10 minutes I had contacted customer service and realized our bill was past due and we had been disconnected...totally our fault and very embarrassing. Democo contracted to demolish a house. Democo was paid an advance of $6279 prior to start of work. The balance of $14, 718 was paid to them on completion by a second personal check on 08/25/07. Democo called and indicated that they wanted immediate payment. A Bank cashiers check for $14, 818 was paid to them on 08/07. Democo was supposed to destroy the personal check. In January of 2006 I ordered a pot &pan set from them. Once the set had arrived I only used them for a week when one of the lids exploded on the pan that I was boiling water in. I called and reported it and told the company that if they wanted me to pay for this set that i wanted the lid replace. This company is very sketchy with its billing practices. They are still billing me for services I did not receive two years after I cancelled my service and moved out of the state. Their online support staff refuses to explain why I am still receiving the bills that I am and their telephone customer service cannot even find my account in the system half the time. They are taking money from bank account without authorization. First though they said you would get free cd it you put your information in in 3 minutes. Then they said something was wrong with my card. I thought I canceled because I knew nothing was wrong. But they sneak in took he shipping and handling they said for the free cd, within the week they took the full price for the cd. Now though in the last few weeks strange charges came across my bank account. Fortunately I was closing that account and they won't get any more. On March 20 2008 Atlantic Container Lines was contracted to ship a CAT D7 Bulldozer. I have a big bone to pick with Washington Mutual, here is the complaint. I had a boat and boat trailer loan with WAMU since 2000 and I just paid the balance of the loan off. All went well until I received the finial paperwork, no title for the boat trailer. I called the branch that I bank with and they gave me the runaround. Okay, where to begin? I've read so many complaints about Frigidaire appliances that I'm shocked! Right now, I'm preparing some paper work to sue Frigidaire in small-claims court over the vents on my 4000 Series AquaSurge Dishwasher. Think twice about ordering parts from these scammers. They have nothing in stock. They advertise sales and special prices on nonexistent parts. When you place an order they "source" the parts. They will scramble for 1-2 weeks until they locate it at some legitimate business. They are extremely slow and unprofessional. They will mix up parts and orders.
