My husband and I purchased a mattress from Park Furniture, Altoona, Pa. under the impression we were recieving the best service from a small business owner. The mattress, Allure from Restonic, cost us $1600! It lasted about a year and a half then formed permanent indentations on both sides. It no longer offers support or pain free nights. I toss and turn and wake up unrested and in much pain. They will not do anything about this as there is small stain on the mattress which they say voids the warranty. We picked Schumacker back in March to ship all of our goods from our NY apt to our new Singapore home. We bought a nail grooming tool from PETICURE.COM. The device is a sander for the nails on a dog. We were tired of clipping the nails, and the inherent danger of hurting the dogs by clipping to close the quick. We were excited about the idea of sanding the nail down. He screwed up the operation so that I had to be tube fed for a year in hospitals. He did not refer me to anyone who could fix his mistakes. We scheduled for powerwashing and window cleaning for Friday 5/2/08 between 8am-Noon. On Friday, 5/2/08, nobody from B&A called and nobody showed up. We hired Masterpiece Studios to do our daughters wedding photos. The photographer was on the recommendation from the Thunderbird Chapel. This was a horrible experience. If you want to spend $1500 and receive 22 engagement photos (taken with a white background and look like school photos) and 22 bridal photos...this is the place to call. Cal Spoon was hired by the Searcy family in Odessa Texas in October of 2007 to build a new 2 story home. Instead he built a metal shell with no footing under the building. To give you an idea on how bad it is, the average footing for this type of structure, according to a structural engineer that checked the damage, suggested 2 feet at the main beams and 16 inches else ware. We bought a queen size Simmons mattress in 2005. The sales person said the mattress has a 10 year warranty. I asked what was covered? He said well if the mattress fails the company will honor it. I bought flowers from them off their website and for months i was being charged $9.95 a month without realizing it until i decided to check my transactions one day and saw this charge that i did not know what it was for. Today, I decided that trying to get this desktop fixed by Acer is a lost cause. I've had a problem with this computer since purchasing it a year ago from Best Buy. COMPLAINT: We brought our car in for repair for replacement of headlights and correction of the passenger front axle on 6/18/08 the day before an important trip. The bakery dept is really dirty. The manager stated he fired all the ex employees, but kept some that had been there a while. They don't know what they are doing and the place is filthy. The pans seem to never get washed, the glass cases are dirty and i heard the fry vat, proofer and exhaust system was torn up and the sprayer for the cakes. They have put charges on my credit card even after I changed the card number. I have ask them to stop and they do not same to understand the word stop. you can talk to them for a hour and they will not stop. When T.V. stations started putting their logo in the lower right corner of the screen, apparently to stop video pirating, I didn't have a problem with it. But as with most jerk-offs they couldn't stop there. Some stations are respectful and have a transparent logo. See through white lettering works fine. Others have gone completely mad with their logo. I ordered a set of rotors on April 9, 2008. I received set on June 10, 2008. Because I never heard from them for 2 month I bought a set from another ventor. I returned the package unopened on June 13, 2008. I was told by jennifer in customer service to fax the order as well as the return receipts to them and I would receive a refund. I have called 10 times with no answer to the status of refund. I have left messages with customer service with no return calls. I also have left 3 messages with Bern ext# 2010.
