This is reference to the Federal Way, WA Community Center and the way they conduct the lap swim activity in the lap pool. Rarely have I ever encountered such poor customer service and rudeness. What makes it so surprising is that it is coming directly from the owner of a business who is supposedly here to help people (alternative health care and products). I purchased Coldplay tickets for my son who lives in Chicago. The concert was promised to be 8/5/08. We heard online that they had "rearranged" their tour. R.T. Services has made a billing error in the amount of $22.69 and refuses to correct it. R.T. says I owe them for trash removal for June and July 2007. I have provided proof that they did not service my residence and that I used another provider during that time. They insist I owe them and have sent this to collections. You can only order through emails and pay with bank wire transfer or cashier's check upon delivery. Her product bundles are very confusing.
