I was offered a free trail short time membership and a cd for $2.99 . My mother paid the $2.99 on her credit card. I do not have my own computer. She never applied for any grants either. She just told us about it. And suggested we check it out at the library. Which we never did! However I never used or applied for any grants. I just found out from my bank that they are deducting $19.95
every Thursday from my checking account. I did not permit them to do this. I did not give them any of my banking information. However they have gotten it some how. So far they Have taken $39.90 out of my account. How do I go about getting my money back!! I need it now!!!
