We rented a ski boat for 3 days with a wakeboard. After 2 attempts on the wakeboard the boot ripped and detached from the ski. Paradise charged us $65 for a replacement boot though we barely used it and did not in any way abuse the wakeboard. We paid over $900 for 3 days to rent the boat and they still stuck us with a $65 charge... Repairing the boot could only have cost $10-$20 at most. They are obviously desperate for $$$. I ordered Burgerkings apple fries and they were apples sliced to look like fries and it didn't even look like it was a whole apple and they were not fried like fries are. They were raw apples but on the box that said Burgerking Frypod it indicated with an X for Hot, Fresh, & Crispy. They were not Hot nor Crispy and I don't know how fresh they were. I previously purchased multi vitamins that are tablets, they were small round tablets. This time I purchased multi vitamin maximum tablets. They are large capsule shaped. My son has a hard time swallowing pills that size. I can't return them because they have been opened according to customer service. I bought my car on 6/10/08. I drove it home and later that night I went to leave and the car wouldn't start, it sounded like it was trying to turn over and wouldn't. As a subcontractor we preformed work for this company and they do not pay without having to be sued. The company is Brite Lite signs in Houston, Texas. The woman owner is a liar and thief. After further questioning of ex-employees they have also confirmed other contractors that have been ripped off and lied too. I purchased a Liner from this website back in May. When I received the liner I noticed it was a little thinner than the liner that was already in my pool, so I called the manufacturer's name that was on the box.
