Watch was gorgeous - but crown fell out and lost 15 min per day. Your only way to get refund or replacement watch from Idealwatches (which you will need) is to go thru PayPal and do not (do not!) close out the dispute until situation resolved entirely thru PayPal. DO NOT cancel dispute because Idealwatches repeatedly asks you to cancel. You will not be able to re-open. They give false address to mail back watch which does not match disputed address; therefore, you lose. Idealwatches knows the angles and you will end up losing your money and have no watch! Stay away from IdealWatches.com! PayPal will get your money back as long as you do not close the dispute! Ask questions! Do not make a move without consulting PayPal.

I have done business with Ideal Watches in the past and have been satisfied with their service and merchandise. However I purchased a watch for my husband in May 2008 which does not work. I have sent them several emails and made serveral attempts to contact them by phone with no respose as to where to return the watch for replacement or repair. Has anyone out their experienced the same problem with them recently.
