My daughter called twice to "611" and waited for 45 & 40 minutes then she would be disconnected. The corporate company has poor customer service, pathetic to be exact, yet because she could not get through, the next day she was disconnected. In mid-July 2008, Citibank arbitrarily wiped out all 194, 000 air miles I had accrued over a 10-year period. I was offered nothing in lieu of the miles, nothing. After I used this product twice in my shower, I noticed how the blue soap just went everywhere in my shower and was hard to clean off the tiles, shower curtain, etc. and the dyes they are using are very hard to clean off tile grout, etc. This is the messiest liquid soap product I have ever seen! It all started about a year and a half ago. My segway batteries went bad under warranty. They replaced one and said it only had one bad battery. The dealer had the segway for over 3 months. By the time I got it back, it was fall, so we didn't use it. It was stored inside and plugged in per the segway manual. This spring we went to turn it on and low and behold it didn't work. I placed an order for these bins on July 8th. My bank card was immediately charged. Here I am on Aug. 1st with no bins. The first order showed shipped. When I didn't receive them, they told me they cancelled that order (after I had been checking on it for a week) and that it would take another 7 days for their "new order" to ship. I bought a $10 IDT phone card which was bundled with ATS phone. Today, when I try to activate the card, I am being told that the card expired. However, when I questioned as how it could expire without getting activated, they had no explanation and was put on indefinite hold leading ultimately to call termination. I see that they have a fine print on the card that says that the card will expire from 60 days of first use. What I dont get is, how could the card expire even prior to activation? I am so tired of spending my hard earned money on computer hardware and devices, which require bundled software to operate. The problem is that once you've budgeted for the hardware and shopped around for the best price available, the software necessary to make the device work, which comes bundled with the hardware will only function for a 30-day trial period, at which time you either have to shell out another pile of cash to purchase the software or you've just lost out on your initial investment. This company is so slimy it's unbelievable. They have been harassing our company for two years with their telemarketing calls. We have made requests on the phone, via e-mail and via letter to place us on their do-not-call list; we have filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau. There is a railroad crossing in Pompano Beach Florida on Atlantic Blvd just West of I-95. The crossing has become very rough and traffic must slow considerably to cross it. Worse, there are metal plates that are shifting and some are rising so that their sides are exposed. I had to cancel a vacation because of work. I went to the travel agent and told them that we would not be able to go on the scheduled dates and asked what I needed to do to reschedule the trip. They informed me it would be a $100 penalty, but that I would have a year to take the trip. After about 8 months I went in to schedule my trip and found that the travel agent had never canceled my vacation so now I am out $880! I have called and go in to see what can be done.
