Norton software reminded me that my subscription expired and asked if I wanted to renew. I responded yes, gave my credit card information and authorized the download. The download never occurred. Norton continues to inform me that my subscription expired; however, the company that was linked to Norton for payment, www.myord.com, aka DRI Symantec Gateway, charged my credit card $69.98 for this update. I recently purchased a washing machine from Sears Outlet in Deptford, N.J. When it was delivered it was found to have a slit in the drain hose. After being on the phone with at least 6 different people and having to explain the problem to each one of them, I was told by the repair people that they would be at my house on 8/15 to bring a new hose. This company is a rip off. I signed a contract with Merchant Lynx Services credit card processing. Before I signed, I asked the salesman if there was a charge for equipment. He answered "no" and presented the contract to me. When I signed it the space was blank for the equipment. After leaving he filled in $69.95 for 48 months. I am now paying $4000 dollars for a machine that is worth about $300. I can't even get a legible copy of the signed agreement with Merchant Lynx. We have been renting from ez rental. Each time we talk to someone there has been different prices about the rentals. We extend they say how much needs to be taken off the card, they said they didn't receive all the money, but yet my bank statement says something different. I have been through 4 dryers in just 4 years. the first one had bad pipe threads on the inlet and outlet. the second one burnt out the compressor, the third one did the same, so they gave me a whole new model. this one keeps blowing fusus and they won't even speak to me now. My Mother-in-law passed away and we needed to go home to attend the funeral. I went to yellow pages and got the phone number to The Country Hearth Inn in Toccoa, Georgia. It was a 1-877 number. I have had many readings over the last year on this site and alot of the experts are just not gifted at all and give generic advice. The broker from this outfit, Karl Magnusson, completely disregarded my wishes at several points during this process which lead ultimately to a rejected loan application. I just had a move done by AAA Movers Inc. I was moving a two bedroom apartment I found the company online. When I called I spoke to Lana she gave me a quote which said 3 men at $70hr for 6 hrs estimated time and all packing materials are additional and that the movers will not move the belonging unless they are properly packet well I didnt think anything of it.
