This company charges customers in all 50 states "local sale tax" by trying to make you believe they have physical facilities in all 50 states. I live in Alaska and while I seriously doubt they have any facilities in the state, they are charging me Alaska sales tax.
Alaska has no sales tax. After informing themy of this fact, they still would not refund me the charge. They are adding to their revenues with these false charges at least in the 5 states that have no sales taxes, and probably in many states that while they may have state sales tax, this company doesn't really have facilities within that state as the law requires. read full review »

Purchased Sergeants Gold & Tick Squeez-On and as directed put it on my small 15 lb Maltese Dog. Within seconds my dog became wild and uncontrollable. It was obvious he was in great pain. He rolled and raced from room to room for hours upon hours with a twitching or tremor of the rear portion of his body. His heart was racing wildly and his panting never stopped for hours on end. I am absolutely disgusted by the new opening of Skinny Petes wings. They are located where the old Moe Joes was located. Moe Joes..we want you back!!!
We went their (skinny Petes) for my sons birthday and our food was horrible.. On 3/17/2006, after hearing his commercial on Dr. Joy Brown's Program (WOR Radio) I called Mr. Mike Napoli, the Proprietor of Zone Delivery and ordered a one month supply of his food service, with the explicit condition, that if I am unhappy with the food, He will reimburse me for the unused portion of the payment. Back in 2/2005 Unifund CCR Partners filed a judgment against my dad and I and saying I am his wife and we never received an summon for the court on date or time. Then they filed the same one again on 01/30/2007 saying the same thing that I am his wife and we never received an summon for the court on date or time again. And the only reason I found out about this is I am trying to buy my first house and no one will help me because of this judgment against me.

4 weeks ago I sent in jewelry and wedding bands already appraised in value, hoping for some cash as it is badly needed. Ad said when received check will be sent. Recently read some letters of people being ripped off with fake checks. Where did they get those people to advertise receiving checks in the mail. Is no one honest anymore. Should really be investigated, I'm now afraid to try another company even though they are located in Pennsylvania where I live. I sent for a kit, see if if gets here faster than Cash4 Gold.

Several channels were recently removed from regular programming and placed on "available via cable box rental". Cablevision explains that the channels in question were no longer being transmitted analog and only digital transmission was available. My response: " I purchased Digital TVs with digital receivers". Cablevision comes back with: "we do not support digital TVs!" What was that? The country is going digital and a major cable company does not support Digital TV.

broadband speed is very low. i checked on the site testmy.net it shows 115 kbps or 0.1mbps (15 kbps). i have also talked to the customer care at patiala. but they are not solving the problem. i do not have any parallel telephone connections also. it has been about a month, that the customer care people are not responding to my complaint. plz help me out. as i m paying 750 per mont for a connection whose speed is even worse than a dial up connection.

She did not give her name, would not let me talk to her supervisor. I called three times and she was the only one that answered the phone. Drapes, sheets, clothing, etc. Usually China produced. They didn't pay my unemployment when I lost my job, and I'm sure they won't pay yours either. Two months in a row now MNI Credit Reporting Services has been charging an OLD Visa account number held with Bank of America in my name for services. The card number was changed three months before the first transaction so I'm not sure how the company gained access to my OLD accout number. 3 times in consecutive days in June 2008 there were charges of $12.95 and now 2 times in the same day of July 2008 for $12.95 each.
