I was out with a friend and ran out of cash at the club. So why not use my debit/visa right? Wrong! I made a single purchase at the bar and was given my card back. Then I check my balance online only to find out that DC's made two other charges that night on my card. This added up to 90 dollars in unauthorized charges. My doctor prescribed 30 days of Azasite for conjunctivitis including 2 refills. First bottle Apr 19 lasted to Apr 25 but MEDCO wouldn't pay because they said the first bottle was supposed to last 20 days. Same thing happened May 5 when the second bottle ran out. Contracted company to level mobile home and clean and coat roof with elastomer. First day of work Fred showed up by himself because employees had stayed at bar too late night before. I experienced high pressure sales. I received repeated phone calls, morning, noon and night. They build the suspense for the rate quote and I was told I must accept immediately, or the rate will automatically be higher. They tell you it's just a deposit (for the full amount) but you have 30 days to review their policy. Got four calls, within minutes, from same supervisor, after I requested they remove my name from their calling list. They just wanted another chance to "explain". We are $2500.00 delinquent on our fully paid timeshare with Orange Lake, we have been trying to unload this time share for a year or two but no luck. I have received a letter from Credit Protection Association stating that they have not received any payments for my Bright House account. I have made the payments to Bright House and Credit Protection has not credited me for them. The payment address is to Bright House. In May of 2008 my organization purchased a GBC Heatseal H425, Unit took about a half hour to warm up "longer" than the advertised 10 minute warm up. This is a very unprofessional painter. First, he came over to give me an estimate and had to be told several times what the job duties were(a little slow minded). The next day, he still was not able to come up with a dollar amount for the job and had to bring one of his painters to help with the estimate. After reading the responses to customer complaints by Tel3, I just had to make my voice heard. Tel3 is not a reliable company. As much as they might repsond and say "contact us", "speak to a manager" etc. etc. they continue to have unreliable service. First, call quality on my calls to Colombia are horrible. I started receiving these "Email CNN Alerts" to my gmail account. I didn't ask for any alerts. The email offers unsubscribe which forces you to try to login first though. Since I have never registered with CNN.com it's a problem loging in. Dr. Tanya Sale was 45 MINUTES LATE for the appointment. She did not apologize and only spent 7 minutes with me. This was to check my skin problem and answer questions. I was not able to ask all my questions because I felt she anxiously wanted to leave. Then THE BILL - $166! For 7 minutes! I have started receiving collection notices for Highlights for Children which I never ordered! I see other people have also received collection notices on this website from this same collections firm for items that they didn't order as well. My June electric bill was 316.00. My July bill was 500.00. I have a 850 sq ft apt with washer and dryer and I keep my a/c on 78. On Aug 1, I rented a car from Toyota Rent A Car, after a minor "fender bender". I had it from Aug 1 at 5:23PM until Aug.2 at 4:30PM. I was charged $60.93 (including tax). I bought a Nikon D40x earlier this year from Ritz. Ritz will try to charge you $114 to send a lens to Nikon if anything goes wrong and you did not buy the extended warranty. Even when you tell them your product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, they will argue and tell you it's not since you did not purchase the extended warranty. The long and short of it is that I believe Cottman Transmission tried to rip me off by having me agree to a complete transmission replacement when all that was needed was a fluid change/transmission service. I started my classes at Chubb in August 2007. I came into a class with one teacher, who was very friendly and helpful, but not very organized. I bought the top of the line extended warranty that Pikes Peak Acura offers, but so far I had to pay $330.00 for faulty equipment. I paid a lot of money for ths warranty service, and I feel that the warranty should have covered these repairs. Local furniture store in Rutherford, NJ is nothing but a pain in the neck. Back in April 2008, my husband and I brought a dinette set.
