money want refund
between 20 october 2009 and 26 october 2009 over 300 dollars have been taken out of my account under accessmember16 and health focus. All because of ordering acaiberry tablets which says free trial just pay postage. States risk free trial. Well the rubbish it risks your whole financial self and takes food out of my kids mouths. I'm so angry.

Refund not issued. Charged card. No valid telephone number
This is about the biggest scam. There are no telephone numbers or instructions on using this product in the first shipment, There are NO WARNING information or NO TELEPHONE NUMBERS TO CANCEL. Buyer beware and save your money. Customer service number (Which I found on my own ) is 951-251-5000. BUYER BEWARE, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE!!!

unauthorized charge on credit card
Ordered "free" sample 3-5-09 only pay 3.95 in s&h. Saw later that you would be charged if not cancelled within 14 days. Called number next day & cancelled any further shipment. Was given a cancellation confirmation number. Today I open my credit card bill I found a charge 3-22 of 87.13. Called number on bill to advise that this had been cancelled. They refused to accept that it had been cancelled 3-6. Refused to even take my cancellation confirmation number, nor let me speak to a supervisor even after repeatedly asking. I have contacted by credit card company & placed a complaint about this charge & this company.

I bought some green tea and acai berry tablets from a website advertising on the BBC Good Food page - I cancelled the products but I am still being charged a monthly fee.

charging me 89.00 not 3.95 like said
I am not paying Eighty Nine. Thirty One which they said was going to be trial for 3.95 only they are scams and liars. am returning bottle and not paying 89.31 which is not correct price. I only received trial pills and am returning and not paying any of this or will get my lawyer to check on them. They are Scams and liars Bottle was suppose to be free they said and If I wanted more to let them know trial bottle free

Charged for something I didn't ordered
My credit card was charged by VIP Fit for product I never ordered. Supposedly I was to cancel an order that I never ordered in the first place and when I didn't, they charged me and told me it was too late to return the product, which I returned anyway. Now my credit card wants me to pay the balance due.
What can I do not to have to pay for that scam?

Received and charged for pills I DID NOT ORDER
I had odered the free sample of Acai Berry tablets (paying shipping charges) only. A week or so later I get another bottle of the tablets in the mail THAT I NEVER ORDERED OR AUTHORIZED. And then found out I was charged $74.76 for something I NEVER ORDERED OR WANTED. Now I realize that this is a very real SCAM that I hope I can get myself out of!
