Hi, I signed up for 3 years home warranty with NHP when I got a call from them. When I called them up to fix Oven and Dish washer, they denied both the claims. I asked for a refund of my money for the 2nd and 3rd year, they did not give me the full refund of 2nd and 3rd year. AT&T has now been at my business 6 times (8 different people), they have lied that no one has been onsite to be able to install the DSL service. I have spoken to Gabriela (supervisor), Robert, Brenda, Nancy, Jack, Elba, Alex (Alex employee ID: CAR 357 was the worst) and many many other people. Rental Guide/Tennant Market is a company who is advertising in your paper as very low ($625/mo.) payments plus a $155.00 showing fee, for a house. I called our BBB and they have 70 complaints on this company. The company started in March 2006 in Florida. Only 8 complaints were either responded to or resolved. The BBB doesn't know which one. In any case, I thought I should call the BBB before giving them $155.00. Hopefully, this is a heads up for other people, so they don't make the mistake so many others have. On the day of the photos being taken I checked online with that exact store location and they offered a portrait called the Bronze Collection and it was listed as $79.99 for 10 portraits sheets. They also Signature Collection for $59.99 for 7 portraits. I did not register for this, despite they claimed they got my email address in the internet registration...I never received any email confirmation of this registration...if I ever did registered. Owner/Operator of franchise was rude when I asked him for a small strip of boxing tape. I tracked my shipment a week later to find that this UPS location held onto my shipment for 5 business days before finally shipping it out. This was a repair shipment with a RMA that had a limited time span (expiration). This franchised location jeopardized my transactions. Would never use this location again... Several months ag0, I ordered impact windows from Elite Screen Co. After 6 months, I still have not received them. I now find out the company does not have any money to buy the windows to be installed. They cannot supply the windows unless I send them money in advance and then they still cannot guarantee delivery. I scheduled the (non) service with this company through Jenn Air. I was promised they would arrive between 8-12. When they were 3 hours late I called the service number and got a horrible run around. On 8/27/08 I purchased two outdoor solar lamps for my lawn to shine on the American flag at nite. Today it is 8/29/08 and I had to go outside with a match to see if the light was working, it was but it does not to do anything. The flag is only five feet away from the spot lights. I have been trying for 2 years to get my mother's billing statements straightened out and she keeps getting bills. In Indiana there are some counties where there is supposed to be no premium charged for coverage. My mother lives in one of those counties - Huntington County. I too was scammed back in December 2005. I paid them, not $75.00, but $400 for several vacations. I sent a notice to cancel during the first 30 days but never was returned the money. Story of my car... I leased a new 2008 Nissan Altima from Butler Nissan with 10 miles on it and my first time ever having a brand new car. Well, two months later we had flooding that took place all over Indiana. My car was a victim of it, not once, but twice. First they tell you there are guaranteed post-election posts. Then they tell you there aren't. Also, they demand you drive extreme distances (Louisville, KY to Columbus, OH) on short notice to interview with them, and after the interview, they never called me one way or the other to let me know. If I drive 10 hours in a day to interview with someone, the least they can do is pick up a phone to let me know one way or another.
