I am like everyone else, I ordered a sample and was later billed 89.95 . I thought I would like to try it, but decided I did not want it. I spent all morning trying to contact the company, but no one would answer the phone. So how do you complany if the company makes it impossile to get ahold of them? I decided to try my bank, they are going to try to get my money back. I reckon I will keep trying to get someone at their number, but maybe my bank will get it straight for me. The automated calls come in to our cell phones repeatedly, day after day. We've told the person that eventually comes on the line (when we push the # they say to talk to a representative) that we are not interested in the extended warranty and to take our numbers off of their list. This website will automatically enroll you in a reorder program that will bill you for the product and will not refund anything. If you don’t want to be scammed out of money then steer clear from this site. They stated I selected to be in the program but when I asked to produce my order indicating so they could not. They also didn’t respond to any emails with actual names of who replied. I have sent this product back and will never use this business again. This is in complaint to Verizon and DirecTV service. Which Suck!!! They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered a triple bundle package through Verizon I finally received it 2 months later and the TV and the satellite never worked never had a *** signal. Direct TV wants me to pay a $500 early term fee for something that never worked. Even to fix it they told me 4-5 weeks that was insane. We had already waited to long to begin with. If you buy anything at Best Buy do not apply for their credit cards. I made this mistake TWICE (yes I am an idiot). Best Buy wont do anything for you if you need customer service concerning their credit cards. They refer you to the actual cardholder: HSBC Bank. On my last 2 credit card statements I have this unauthorized charges for ACCOUNT PROTECTOR that I know nothing about. After calling Juniper I spoke to a rep who was obviously not in the USA and she said she could do nothing about these charges as I must have ordered them or they wouldn't be on my credit card statement. I sent them several e-mails to complain, but received no response from them. Two days ago, they charged the credit card usd 39 again and they said I have to cancel. Mazda American Credit charges $3.67/day if you are late. In addition they charge late fees. They are taking customers cars if they are 15 days late. I have found out through people in this field that they are doing this to make money. If this is the only way they can make money then I guess business isn't too good. They did this before - took the car for a total of two payments. This time I didn't even owe two full payments but cleverly neglected to tell me that they added $60 in fees! I signed up for Traveler's Advantage offered by Wells Fargo. The first month was free and as a bonus they would give me a video camcorder/digital camera. I have never received any info that I even signed up. Not even a simple confirmation letter with an account number. It's now 4+ months and I've gotten nothing! The only confirmation is the monthly charge for the service that I'm not getting!! It sounds like they're offering similar "deals" involving mp3 players or other incentives. Don't do it!
