We've taken our dog to Pawz and Claws before, I noticed that they shaved her too close to cause some nicks but decided unfortunately to return recently for a grooming. She was acting strangely so we brought her to the veterinarian who was appalled to see that her floppy ears were encircled so tightly with a rubberband bow that her blood circulation stopped. Prior to ordering an engine I called the sales dept. to get an est. on how long it would take to get the engine. I was told by the salesman, "if I ordered it on a Monday, it would be shipped to me by Friday. The engine was ordered on 8/18/2008, today is 10/08/2008 and no engine has been shipped. The site looks good and everything but after you buy the appraisal he says he will get a buyer for the site instead of him buying it directly and he will get 15% commission. This company got my college aged son's credit card number and began sending him several magazines which are of no interest to him - he did not select them - and charged him 60 some dollars a month. He contacted his bank, cancelled the card and the bank agreed that this was fraudulent and they reversed the charges. Meanwhile, the magazines and the invoices kept coming.
