I originally ordered a Gas Tank, Gas Tank Straps, and a Gas Tank Seal...I only received the straps. After 24 days, 8 phone calls, and over 6 hours on the phone I had only received the straps (item 2). Then after 29 days and the same scenario, but 10 calls to customer service and over 8 hours on the phone, they finally agreed to refund my money for items 1 and 3 (the Gas Tank and the seal). bought a international bedding mattress from them for 500 dollers and found the seams on the mattress ripped in places and coming apart in other places. 10 days latter, they replaced this defective mattress with a new one that I found on delivery also had tears in the seams and lose treading on other parts of the seams. In mid-August of 2007 I purchased an Acer laptop from Circuit City in Wayne, NJ. The laptop came with a 1 year factory/manufacturer's warranty. I made a call on September 21st, 2008 from Manzanillo, Costa Rica to Chicago Illinois. I didn't even take 4 minutes or even 3 mintues and when I received my credit card bill the total was $41.91 I first called my credit card company and they told me that I had to speak directly to them. They charged me $92 and the next month $185.24. I filled a complain with the FCC and the Product Service Commission but AT&T clearly plays "innocent" in all this. I adopted a cockapoo puppy from a couple 4 years ago. I asked them where they got her and they told me the breeder Marty Gadient. She has had nothing but problems for 4 years. The first problem she had when I brought her home was, she wouldn't drink water. I tried and tried to get her to drink, but she would gag when she went to take a drink. I have had great experiences with Repairmaster (Warrentech)... they have always taken care of me on my stereo and television repairs. I am just purchasing their extended 5 year warranties on a few large appliances we just purchased... like having the peace of mind that goes with the minimal investment now rather than a huge repair surprise later.
