Charged AFTER cancelling
Had 14 day so called free trail had to cacell in that time. I did cancell BEFORE 10 days and did NOT recieve the products anyway. Now they have charged me $119.90 claiming I did not cancell in time. My Bank statement proves them to be liars and my email confirmation from them proves I DID cancell and within the required time.

Unauthorized charges
In Nov I ordered both COLOTOX an ACAIPURE from centralcoastnutrceuticls for the price of S&H. I was charged 45.85 and 44.85 for the products. I never have received the products nor have I received any response to my inquiry into the shipment.
I would certainly like my money returned and the company looked into for fraud.

received products never ordered
Sent me stuff I never ordered, in fact I un-checked the boxes before ordering. They even enrolled me in a fitness web-site that I am still trying to cancel before they start charging my credit card. I ordered a free trial for $4.95 shipping, I never intended on enrolling in a scam diet plan. I am working with Citibank on the charge of $44.85. They do not answer their help line and won't e-mail the authorization # needed to return this junk they sent me. They are a Total Scam Company.

Fraud
I followed an add, it offered Acai Berry and Colotox, you buy one for $1 and the other was a free trail.
they charged my account 80+ dollars and I have never received the product. I was able to place a claim against this company, you can call this company during the day or night and it has the same message. " Due to overwhelming response your wait is 57 minutes ... Please get these people off internet adverising list.. They are a ripe off

I ordered a free trial with $ 1.00 shipping. My credit card was immediately bill 45.00 and I have yet to receive the product.

FREE TRIAL OF POMEGRANATECLEAR
I ordered a risk free trial of Pomegranate Clear. I agree to be charged 4.95 but they charged my debit card $44.85. I called to cancel the trial sample and the expected wait time was 74 minutes to be on hold before speaking with a representative. I sent them an e-mail at [email protected]. I have yet to hear from them. |

Ordered risk free trial of Colotox - $1.00 plust $4.95 s/h and was charged $45.85. Have been on hold now for over 45 min. trying to get through to customer service. I will hold as long as I have to! Now that I see the complaints against this company, I will
have my law firm look into their practices. Do the words class action mean anything to anyone? How about truth in advertising! I will get my money returned!

This company hung up on me the first time I called to cancel before my free trial expired. They canceled the second time I called but charged my card a week later $38.95.
