We hired Goldy Locks 3 times; the first was to change out locks in our new office. We had 5 locks installed - it took them less then a day and the bill was over $2, 500.00. I recently order the free sample / free shipping of POMCLEAR capsules. I received the pills, along with gum and a bottle of liquid and paid $44.85 - which also included the shipping. The next month they sent another bottle of capsules for $44.90 and I have to now pay shipping and 15% restocking fee to return these unorder pills in order to get a refund. Here it is two years later and they have charged my credit card twice, once for $289.99 and $189.99. I received a collection notice from this company for $235.00. On this letter, it gives no mention of who Assetcare is trying to collect funds for. I know I have no outstanding bills, so I called them. I gave them the account number they have on the notice and they asked my name, which I provided. Next of course, wanted the last four of my social which I declined. I asked who the company was claiming I owed them money and they said they could not tell me without my social. I placed an order with this company and they have been charging my credit card 14.95 every month for a rewards program I didn't even know I signed up for. They told me at the end of the order they asked me if I'd like to save 20% and I clicked yes so that gave them the right to charge me. My husband checks the credit card bill and didn't catch it thinking I was ordering from them every month. So, I had been charged 4 months before we caught it and they wouldn't refund my money. I have been a client of College Park Animal Hospital (CPAH) for two years. During those two years, I was satisfied with the care my pets received and with the manner in which the hospital staff communicated with me and my family. I was lied to several times by Deborah Goldman as to when it would ship - had to get PayPal involved before they shipped it. Everything began back in February when I accepted a 'trial' cart to test on one of the printers. I do not feel that it is right for this company or any other company to send you a monthy bill which you pay and then three months later send you another bill, which they call a corrected bill and tell you that you are receiving this bill because your services were estimated instead of actual. It is not the customers fault is this company makes a practice of estimating bills. Our business was suffering 20Kb download speed from a T1 dedicated cable. Called Tuesday of last week to get a tech to come out, and was given a "window" period of 12pm to 5pm for them to come out. Our business closes at 4pm and I told them this, and they said they would mark it on the service report. The Tech came out at 3:55pm. Five minutes until doors close. I have a 4 year old cockapoo that I adopted from a young couple when she was a puppy. The couple who bought him at happiness is pets in Orland Park were lied to about the breeder Marty Gadient. The store told them he was a reputable breeder. When she was a puppy she couldn't drink water, she was always gagging and throwing up her water and food. This plan offered by FNC/Citimortgage seemed good at first. My wife and I enrolled, and they began deductions applying them to the current month's balance. A few months into the plan, we found ourselves in a position to suspend the plan deductions. We started the plan back up the following month after making our mortgage payment ourselves. I ordered the $99 per month 'Bundle my Services' offered by AT& T/Direct TV. The way the deal supposedly worked is each bills you separately, but AT&T offers rebates on each bill to offset the amount of the billing to equal a total of $99 per month. Each month for three months I received separate billing: AT&T $120 and DXirect TV $60, for a total of $180.
