These people are absolutely HORRIBLE. They have no sympathy, offer ONLY alternatives that will cost thousands of dollars to pets that do not need them. These poor animals are mistreated and operated on that clearly do not need the procedures. The staff is down right rude and are complete LIARS. They would not let my friend leave the premises until she agreed to the procedure, luckily she didn't and pushed the so called "Dr" out of the way and left. She was crying and they wouldn't even offer her a kleenex, they told her she needed to grow up. Horrible, horrible people, terrible business practice. My sister and I decided to try Big Fish restaurant in Dearborn, MI for the first time, it was always packed when we drove by. The atmosphere is wonderful, very upscale and modern! Reckitt Benckiser the maker of Woolite. Does not accept Consumer's concern with their products. Example: Using an opaque (Black Cap) is useless as a measuring cup since its difficult to see the Woolite required level for the washing size being used. Excess Woolite generates excess foaming and requires additional cleaning cycles, which wastes water. How can this be improved to save water & Woolite plus improve the correct amount per each wash.
Suggest using a clear plastic cap or a Black Cap with a translucent sight gage. Appreciate your comments on this suggestion. Many Thanks.

I purchased an Elite model 9500 and had to have it replaced under warranty because the on/off button fell out. The replacement I was sent was the R710. This has only one brush head and no cord storage. The 9500 had two brush heads and cord storage in the base. Their R732 model has two brush heads and cord storage.

This company can zap a customer's credit card immediately for a purchase, ship a DAMAGED product necessitating a return (it was supposed to be refurbished), incur a major undertaking on customer's part to get an RMA issued, and then in so many words tell the customer that it will take a massive technical operation to properly refund the customer's funds.

They told us to send it back for replacement, we did. They returned it back to us unclaimed. When we inquired, we were stalled repeatedly and lied to. I asked John Lamping at Hirt & Ellco to fix some broken water lines, service a gas furnace (it hadn't seen a yearly service in who-knows-how-many years), and get the water pump up and running. I told them NOT to work on sinks, faucets, commodes etc as I can do things like that. Long lengths of pipes in a crawlspace isn't my thing, though. :-)
