Recieved damaged nite stand called within 15 minutes of recieving. Was told that someone would me within 3 days . 7 days later and half a dozen calls and emails was finally told they could not do anything until I sent them photos of the damage then it will take atleast 10 to 14 days before they could have someone pick it up. I ordered this camera from them in July and everytime I call them they tell me it will be 4 more weeks. I guess that is why they were selling it so cheap as they will never ship it to me. They also told me that people whom pay more for the camera gete it forst. Wale Odimayo is a fraudster and scammer. He gives very low shipping prices that he knows he cannot fullfill in order to do business. He fails to perform, adhere or complete his contracts, blaming the vagaries of shipping as not his concern. He demands prepayment, then when your goods arrive they are not paid for or you do not get them at all he has many excuses, will not communicate once he has recieved payment. I never heard of this company until a charge appeared on my Visa account yesterday. I called the nunber listed by the vendor and received a voice recording, then the call automatically transferred and was disconnected. I tried this several times. I called my credit card provider and they tried the number and then informed me that there are several complaints of fraud against this company. On my statement they list their company in Utah, but online it is Florida. I have never placed any order with this company. I do not know how they got my credit card number. read full review »

1and1.com recently sent me a notice that they went up on their rates. I contacted them to advise I no longer would be renewing with them as their website is very NOT user friendly. They charge my credit card every month for services I have not authorized. Trying to let a domain name be manually renewed rather than automatically renewed is an absolute nightmare. Their customer service sucks. I was hung up on by a supervisor in the Billing Department named Damien Christopher.
