On May 14, 2008 I placed an order with Taly Raz, RS Trading Co., for 300 high end handbags. RS Trading required a deposit in the amount of $971.25 for the order. I enrolled at the university of phoenix's axia college. I was told that FAFSA would pay for most of the bills for my school and that I wouldn't have any lab fees. Then I checked out a bill for 2000k+ for just the two classes I was taking. I was misinformed and mislead to to believe that I would pay just 2800 (quoted price) for the whole year of schooling and that it was a great learning experience. Then I started my first day. The whole process is disorganized and misleading (totally misleading, they lied and then avoided phone calls). I recently did some work projects for Steve Kantor and was not paid. I do tasks and projects for different companies, they are supposed to approve your work and pay you within afew days. I purchased product online and was sent email with download site information. Neither websites were active and downloads did not take place. I did call the telephone number given out on their website and contacted customer service. They agreed to cancel my online purchased and refund my purchase. I can only hope that they follow through with their promise. Also I'll be keeping track of the billing to that credit card for possible scams. OptionOne & AHMSI, I got behind with OptionOne over a year ago, it took them 6 months to do the follow up on the financial analsys form I faxed to them. I finaly got a loan mod, after I made 6 months worth of payments. Then a pkg shows up at my house, I called them to try and find out why the payments were not lowered and the intrest rate was not lowered as I had been tol it would be. bought a vehicle at auto trends of portsmouth nh. asked the owner if there were any problems w/vehicle upon buying it. he said no. 3 months later i have spent over $5000. for repairs to this supposedly solid vehicle. they put an illegal sticker on this vehicle at the dealers, as it would not pass inspection if it had truly been inspected. within 3 weeks of purchase the front brakes literally FELL APART, then the ball joints had to be replaced. both of which are inspectable issues. next the transmission went--all within 3 months! called the owner--big surprise--he never returned my calls. beware! read full review »

The wildflower Village promotes bed and breakfast accomodations stating a low price, breakfast included with champagne. On 10/30/08 I purchased a brand new Die Hard Battery for my car. Sku #72111277271. After putting it into my car, the car still did not start. I had to have my car towed and have a mechanic check it out. The mechanic checked the battery and said the date on it was a 2007. The mechanic also said that the battery was dead and needed a charge. I went to my bank to withdraw my rent money about three weeks ago and found there was a hold on my account by Mitchell N. Kaye PC for a bill from 1991.
