I was dumb enough to fall for the colonxR free trial scam through a link to the weather channel. The number given to cancel colonxr does not work and the only way to get out of them continually charging your credit card is to cancel the credit card. I eventually found a live chat format through the above website and was promised twice that my order would be cancelled and I would recieve a confirming e-mail, it never happened. This is a scam all the way, and weather.com should also be ashamed of them selves for linking this add to their web site. read full review »

When I was in College I survived with loans and a meager job. At my school the loan would be disbursed to the school and refunded to me. If the loan was registered you did not have to pay tuition as the school would wait for the loan. However, at my school 75% of the students live off campus and have rent. Sallie Mae would not disburse the loan until months later...leaving you to pay the rent on your own. Credit Alliance Group and Shane Garner have a scam going...so beware. Do not enter into any contracts with this entity. They will take your money and leave you worse off than when you started. I took 2 items in to be altered When I went to pick them up, this place only takes CASH! But they don't tell you that (and don't have a sign posted or that info on your claim ticket) until you pick up the item up. I had to go back a second time-waste of gas. On 03/17/2006, I prepaid 3828.00 towards a 10, 360.00 implant bill. I spoke with a friend of a friend who advised me that I should go to a reputable dentist and not Vitaldent. I really didn't understand why, but in any case, of the 3828.00 paid to them, they provided only 1240.00 worth of services before I decided to find another dentist specializing in implants.
