I called Sears on November 1 to have them fix my 4 year old fridge when the compressor broke. They told me first available was November 8th. I got off early on the 8th just to have the repairman call me to inform me he would be ordering my part that day. He would reschedule for the 14th. This company offered a free sample of Wu-Yi tea packets for the cost of shipping and handling. I did not agree to an automatic billing agreement yet they sent more of their product for $67.00, which I never would have agreed to. And there is no answer on their 800 number and the credit card company says I have to contact them to discontinue. I now cannot find their website. My wife paid 400 dollars for photo shoots for my 3 kids, Empire Taelnt said they didn't take any money, but they asked for it, and they want a total of 1200 to get my kids a photo career. I currently have health insurance coverage with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan through the COBRA law. It expires January 1st of 2009... I have less than 2 months to find new health care. I can not reach any one at customer service ever! There is no envoice or packing slip to check with an order number etc. My credit card company is working on this as well and I keep recieving new bottles in the mail that I did not order.
