Bought a 500GB NAS storage from one of VOX Products distributor MWAVE. The product arrived and was not working per description. Had received a cell phone for my handicapped son, needed for emergency from Metro as he lost it and was replaced from Assurion Insurance. Bad quality, bad experience, bad prices. I have to say there is nothing positive about my experience. Expensive business cards that were poorly done, they look about like that I could have run off a printer at my office. I am beside myself this place lists printing as one of their services. This is actually a shipping store with a deceptive 2nd business name to lure in customers who wrongly think it's a full service print shop. We ran into bad times and had to get rid of a lot of our things we could no longer afford. We had purchased an item with HSBC Retail. We fell behind 3 months. We called up HSBC and told them to come get the item they refused to get the item and also refused any payment, they wanted the whole loan amount paid in full. This company sent an unsolicited fax to my job on the morning of 10/01/2008. They advertised a vacation package for $99 a person (plus port fees). It sounded like a great deal, so I booked one. I ended up having to pay almost $550 for the package (not including what the others that I planned to invite would have to pay). I almost immediately demanded my money back, but they told me that I would have to wait until the vacation paperwork arrived and to send it back for a refund.
