I guess not, as they have no record of me purchasing this account (to the tune of $391.00) and I was told to contact their accounts division. This company advertises top B2B sales positionls on websites such as Monster.com. I was one of the suckers that actually called them only to find out that they are posing as a recruiter. They say that they represent thousands of employers with thousands of jobs available. I agreed to let them charge my credit card $37 so I could view these jobs. It only get worse from there! I recieved my credit card statement and they charged me a total of $97 which was never authorized. This company does not offer any service that you need. I recently worked for BL&C and after I left the company, they started sending me bills telling me I owed them over $3500 for cancelled policies. Stuart Allen & Assoc. are the ones calling and sending me letters. I have asked multiple times for them to send me proof that these clients cancelled and they won't respond to me. I know that when agents leave Bankers, they have other agents & managers go out to the clients and cancel the old policies and rewrite new ones...they trained me to do this when i was working with them. I went online today to check my account and discovered that 4 charges are pending on my account for charges made yesterday several minutes apart. I did not use my card yesterday. And apparently BBG Londoon is some kind of phone company. I was in Antigua about 2 weeks ago, and used the hotel phone and used my cc for calls that have already appeared and been paid for on my card. I saw the commerical, my husband and I decided to purchase this software. As soon as I installed it, it found 599 errors, afterwards this program would pop in the middle of other websites, freezing up everything. My computer has never been the same, it runs slower, and freezes. I put in a complaint over the internet as stated on the site I have not been contact by anyone, and when you try to call the number 215-320-6000 all you get is a recording directing back to the internet. One week after I purchased a used vehicle from Mission Chrysler Jeep I was contacted by the salesman who asked me to return to the dealership. The Finance Manager inputted the wrong VIN number and we had to redo the paperwork. He stated for my trouble Mission would give me $100. Have never seen it! I have made numerous attempts to collect "6" outstanding invoice's that docuserv contracted me out to do. Docuserv owes me $560. 00 to date. These invoices are from 6/27/07-5/15/08. Johnny Antonelli, Docuserv (714-277-5811) has emailed stating the nature of the mortgage industry and its meltdown from 2007 has caused docuserv to not pay their notaries. I responded that I felt this was hard to believe and didn't make sense due to docuserv contracting me out on 5/1//2008?
