They say the fee is $1.97 then they carge 49>95 without sonsent althought they calim you have ten days to decided if you wabt to keep the product or cancell. Couple months ago, the automatic refill system was introduce to the customer. There was a voice messages promted when you call for refill that the K-mart having the autometic refill, just inform to the associate worker or phamarcist to enroll the program. I use at&t services for my cellular phone and my landline. I ordered my high speed internet through at&t and requested a bundle packaged deal. I was told that there would be a rebate issued to me for the modem. it has been practically 2 months and i have not received anything yet. I call at least twice a week but, to no avail. Service had deteriorated horribly since the restaurant opened about a few years ago. I guess business is so good that the owner and staff feel that it's no longer necessary to treat the customers right. The food is still good but the taste were inconsistent the last few times I went there. I have had found dirty dishes and utensils often. My problem is with the Scooter Store, Sacramento Service Center. In November' '03 The Scooter Store delivered a power wheel chair (Jet 2)to my residence. 13 Nov 08- took vehicle for dealer service at 14530 miles. Was informed front brakes worn. Needed brake kit replacement. Cost $292.33. Authroized work, but complained that excess wear should not exist at that low mileage. Was informed that brake pads are metallic and subject to oxidation if vehicle is not driven frequently.
