I authorized for payment of 4.99. I did not authorize payment for 88.97, and this resulted in an overdraft at my bank. The product that was shipped on Nov. 17, 2008 will be sent back immediately along with the product that was for 4.99 as I did not try it yet, and I will never fall into a problem like this again.
I would like reimbersment for the 88.97 credited to my account and I will pay the overdraft. If this is not credited, I will pursue this farther and ask for reimberment of the overdrafts also.

I just received 2 "Past due" notices from this company, both identical. They state that I owe them money and that the account is "seriously past due." I have not received any notice from them prior to this, and I have hard evidence that I have in fact been paying them, through automatic payments. None of the payments were returned, ever! I tried calling the 800 number and it doesn't connect to anything. I was told by phone that my campain would be ready in a couple of hours. I received a email explaining it would take 12 hours to complete. After waiting 24 hours, I still had not received my information to start. I finally called and talked to Jason. He was very rude and cursed at me. I continue to received charges on my American Express card even though I have written numerous letters with attached credit card statements since I could NEVER get though to the phone number listed. I have received the two credits due me for the $74.95 each, but there are four other charges that have not been credited. They are as follows: 7/29/08 for $4.95, 8/09/08 for $5.95, 9/29/08 for $5.95 and 10/28/08 for $4.59 - totalling $21.44. On October 2008 I purchased two R/C Helicopters from BananaHobby.com.
During the initial purchasing phase they were quick to respond to inquiries. Now that I have the helicopters I need to purchase replacement parts for one that happens to be a newer model for 2008, but cannot get any response from Banana Hobby. Received a call out of the blue about tax remedies for our back taxes. My husband and I have always received refunds on IRS taxes. Called company back left a message and got a return message next day from a young woman named Jaime. Tried calling back several times, number is always busy. Never received any other notice about owing taxes from anyone including the IRS themselves. Checked website they are a member of the BBB, but haven't been an account holder for more than a month. LADCO locks you in to a non cancellable lease and then never gives support promised. I changed banks called and left a message they never returned my call to update and then charged me $47.00 in fees due to their incompentence. I parked my car at about 9 am in what looked like a valid parking space at the far edge of a KMart parking lot and adjacent to a Budget Rent-a-Car. I rented a car at Budget and returned to retrieve my vehicle at about 4 pm the same day (some 7 hours later) to find my car was gone. I called the posted signs to Caroline's towing and was told my car had been removed at about 11 am, some 2 hours after I had parked it. I now have to travel a significant distance and pay at least $150 to retrieve my vehicle even though there was nothing to indicate my parking there was unauthorized. read full review »

Four mos. ago my dryer went out. A and E came out 3 times to correct the main problem and to fix repair persons errors. Went out again and they repaired it for same thing...183.00 later. Guess what? I ordered two kinds of cigarettes & they didn't have either of them & didn't tell me - just kept me hanging. I've been having to buy my Misty's at stores because I ran out a long time ago. They say it's because they moved...their customer service Now stinks. I call them & they say my order is coming sometime (practically). They owe me a credit for sending back a wrong order & they've put it off for two orders. I have had such good service from them, but now that they've moved, it's all went to s---t.

Our monthly statement had been showing &78, 733.72 since 7/4/07 until we closed the loan 1/30/08. when we called for a payoff we were told $83, 983.33 the company could provide no satifactory explantion for the unreflected payments to the balance or why our payoff figure was wrong. they have since closed all their offices here in NH and are planning to close nationwide by the end of the year.
