Charged #44.90 for something I did not order
I paid for shipment of a trial offer and was then charged $44.90 for another bottle of pills shipped to me. I did not order this and I do not want it. Trying to call the customer service number is nothing short of a joke. Please reimburse my account. Order Number Is: 1529201.
Please do not bill lme for any restocking fee as I feel you have already taken advantage.

was charged wrongfully for free sample.
When i first ordered the acai pure, I was told it was a free supply as long as i paid for shipping and handleing and i did. But then the next month i was charged through ny bank card 44.90 for what suppose to be a free product to see did i like it.I would like for this order to canceled immediately, because this company misrepresented itself.I have tried to contact this company by phone at 1-(888) 692-8352 but they do not ever answer your calls, and that alone runs up your regular or cell phone bill just to speak to anyone period.I exspect to hear from someone after this letter.Because if my creit card gets billed again, i will take action against this company.Please reply.

I ordered from the computer there web site 1 bottle AcaiPure, it said just had to pay shipping and handling. they sent me the bottle and some other stuff I did not order, and took a payment from my Debit card which they had no business to do, Iam very very angry, I kept the first order, payed for it. Wrote them a letter to please do not send any more and do not go into my bank account. And today I get another one $44.00 Iam going to cancel my debit card, its a same I have to do this I have had this account many years. I think this was very Frugnglent, I can not beleive what this company has done. Iam also sending this packet back. If it happens again I will go further. Irene Lutz
