I ordered a free sample of a product called Bromalite. I was charged twice: $50.99 US for the free sample, which they have promised to refund, but they refused to refund the second charge of $54.50. I had so little time to try the product which arrived a few days before a second bottle arrived. When I checked my MasterCard account I found the 2 charges. I bought a 2006 Buick Rendezvous From this dealer on Nov. 20, 2008. After about 6 hours of negotiation on price and payments. That was ok, all car dealerships are like that. I had two unauthorized charges to our account in the amount of 19.80 each. I called the company to find out why we had been charged and they said they would cancel the membership and refund the two charges. The very next day, I checked our account and two more charges had come out!!! Now I can't get ahold of anyone at the company to refund the money! I went to Lucas Honda for replacing PAX tires with 45000 mile service. By the time, they give my car it was dark and night. I inspected my Odyssey in the morning and there was a big dent and damage on my door of vehicle. I contacted them immidiately and service manager refused to take responsibility and consideration for any damage. He also mentioned that any damage happen here are not our responsibility...!!! I ordered samples of colon cleanse and acai berry off an Oprah pictured link on line. Used my debit card and they took off the right amounts. I received the colon cleanse sample and also got an e-mail from them. Decided I did not want the product as it did not work. Watch out for DC Fawcett who claims to teach investments in foreclosure properties. He buys your email address from some list company and offers you a free CD for $1.97 shipping fee. The CD content is common knowledge if you have joined a real estate investment club. Months later, you get billed $47 on your credit card under the vendor name of NEIGHBORHOOD SOLUTIONS, BRANDON FL. We purchased this PC utility software to use the Partition Management facilities. When we select this option we get a VD burning screen. The promised facilities do not exist. Nothing happens when the Settings option is selected. The only text in the help file is 'Help Demo by Julian Smart. Contents, Introduction, Chapter 2' That is it in its entirety. I have ordered a cd pack from tvdiscs.com about 6 weeks ago. They were happy to answer my equerries before the purchase. Once I payed, I have never heard from them again, no replies to my questions about what happened with my order and of course I've never received the goods. I walked into the 7-11 as I have been for years getting a product I am sure most people have purchased on a regular basis. A soda refill. What is a soda refill? Thank you for asking. It's when you REUSE the SAME cup you originally bought NEW at 7-11, to REFILL it with your favorite soda. On the side of any fountain soda station, are the prices for the various sizes, NEW and then on the bottom, it states the 2 prices for refills of same sizes. My daughter is a single mom, raising three children on her own. She worked crazy hours to help Lifetime fitness because of management quitting. So much for taking care of her, she did nothing but dedicates herself to that establishment and was proud of being a worker there.
