I bought a pair of Thom Mcan shoes in July from K Mart, they have the new Poron 4000 Lifetime comfort soles. I wore them off and on during winter, went to clean to put away for summer and noticed that the new Poron inner sole has fallen to pieces. Took them back to K Mart but they would not do anything. They have sent me a collection notice in the mail stating that I owe $27.47 on an XM Satellite Radio account. I called them to verify and all they would say on the phone was " would you like to use your credit card now please". So I called XM and they told me I had a $0 balance. What a crock! First a customer service person sells me a new printer, when I really wanted ink. Then when the printer arrives it doesn't have the necessary features. I return that printer and suffer more than ten hours of technical help time trying to make the old printer work properly again. Techs drop my call, they don't call back as promised. I forced to pay for help like its a black mail racket. I feel that the company is incompetent to handle the service issues customers present. The driver side window of my vehicle was broken and my portable GPS unit was stolen. I brought the car to Field's BMW to have the window replaced. The following day I realized what the rattling was inside the door - they had not cleaned out the glass shards inside the door! I hate when the games ask for the game codes. (If you don't know the game codes are what you type in when you install a game, and if you lose the manual for it you can nver play it again if it ever gets uninstalled. They look like this 3I98U-9LS2-DHYT-LOP2) For example, I have Star Wars Battlefront II, well I play that game like all the time. But one day my computer got a virus or something and I had to wipe the whole computer so I lost everything. So I want to reinstall it and I lost the game manual that had the code of the back.
