I am a victim of fraud. I have unauthorized charges of $49.97 and a foreign transaction fee of $1.47 which were charged to my account on December 05, 2008. I have no idea who this company is and would like for my money to be deposited back into my account immediately. I have been calling this toll free number for them and cannot reach anyone. I have 2 Parakeet walkers from Planet Mobility. We like the walkers, but they came with missing parts. I have called for the past 2 months for the parts, and they promise to send them. So far, they haven't arrived. The second walker also arrived with no receipt or shipping papers. It was just packaged in a box. Their service is terrible. There is a popular pop-up ad called google pro. Something about a home-based business. They advertise selling a cd for $3, and in the small print, they deduct another $75 without ptiot approval. They do not accept phone calls and you will never get reimbursed. There are many victims posted online. I was forced to close my account over this ordeal. The phone center was another ordeal. I did a second mortgage in March of 2006 with Quicken Loans. I told the appraiser that I did not want one of my 2 acre lots on the mortgage. I told them there was enough equity with my home and the 4 acres that the house sits on. I sold the lot that I asked them not to place a lein on. Sure enough the 2 acres had a lein placed on it with out my knowledge. This was discovered 9 weeks ago and I still have not received a partial release of the land. I purchase a free trail of acia on line using my debit card. I was charged $3.95 the product, which I haven't recieved and also 29.95 for a support group which I did not sign up for. I did call the company and they said that they would refund the money back to my account. I was given a confirmation number, but I have not yet seen the credit to my account. You have to call the sales department to speak to someone. I was then billed again. I called them back and spoke with the same person (Bill). After my cat developed an abscessed tooth earlier this year and needed veterinary care, I took her in to see the vet. She required anesthesia and a tooth extraction. I applied for CareCredit to pay her $316.95 bill. This was not done lightly, I do not apply for credit willy-nilly and this is the ONLY credit I currently have. I ordered a sample from this company, agreed to pay the minimal shipping amount. A few days after the sample arrived, I have now been charged for a second amount which I did not order. I was charged $89.31, which as I am in New Zealand on the current rate converts to $ 173.08 NZ dollars.
