I ordered a pair of sweatpants and have never received them. Only an email stating the order is being processed, but no other information. Not even the invoice ID number. The phone numbers are no help. One number says the mailbox is full. I have sent countless emails. Not one response. My credit card has alredy been charged. I have called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I plan to contact the California Consumer Fraud department to file a complaint. I think this e-retailer should be investigated. Purchased a rebuilt Mercruiser 454 Marine engine with a 2 year unlimited hours warranty.The engine failed after 6 hours of use due to salt water intrusion. I ordered a pipe and tamper from this company while I was in Iraq. I paid $124 for these products back in August 2008. This included $10 for priority shipping and insurance. It is now December and despite a number of emails and phone calls I have recieved neither pipe nor a refund of my money. I entered into an agreement with GoRenter in April 2008. The experience was a nightmare from the point of signing the contract. For one, I was misled regarding the monthly rent of the property and was not informed until appearing to sign the lease agreement that the rent would be $50 more than advertised. I needed to have past taxes filed. I found Joe Zuniga with Ideal Tax Service (it even sounds cheesy now). Joe gave me all of these warnings of how the IRS was going to get me in trouble and don't trust them and he would handle everything. Joe then asked me for $2500 upfront. This company sells its products in multiples for discounts, but only gives a six month warranty. This company, run by Doug Wilhite, has sold thousands of vacations, travel, etc. and probably has not booked 25% of them. I have three friends along with my own experiences, and we are no longer able to complete bookings, communications (with some positive goals) and problems with third party companies.
