Do not place orders with cigarettesexpress.com!! I placed an order on October 3, 2008 and have yet to receive the product. They do not answer or return phone calls or respond to emails. As they take only electronic bank checks, I checked and my bank check was processed on October 7th and they have received payment - still no delivery! I have used Cigarettes Express for a couple of years with no problem. Orders were taken on line and delivery was prompt. Now, it would appear that they are running a fraudulent business. Right Honda sold me a car that I could not afford. On 10/23/08 I was told I was approved for financing and drove the car off the lot. Five days later I get a call from the dealership telling me I was declined for financing and had to come in to sign a new contract. When I went in the next day I wanted to return the car but was told that I could not do that. I purchased their telemarketing services around 2 years ago. They made a huge deal out of the campaign in the beginning. I received numerous calls from them before the money was sent. Do not use this company! Unique Landscaping had nothing but excuses to offer after they tore up my lawn and planted bushes that promptly died. The contract I signed last September was for landscaping, rip up of front lawn and reseed, and a guarantee for one full year on all plants used. I paid at the pump with the visa prepay card from Wal-Mart. I received $10.00 worth of gas, my card was charged $35.00. I have talked both to the manager of the station and to the customer service of the visa card and each respectively blame the other for the mistake. I have had lengthy emails back and forth with this company and unapproved charges as everyone else has it seems. I will let everyone know that you need to stick with the complaining to them and it will get you somewhere. Dont order any supliments or vitamins from them as they (without your consent) will keep shipping them to you on a regulary basis and charge your credit card you gave them.
