Panda software like other typical software companies provides few means for personal level software support. I purchased Panda Global Protection 2009 and installed it on my Vista x64 PC. After first reboot, the PC would not allow me to click on any programs and the start menu would not open. Explorer.exe would hang. Several months ago we had our employee restroom painted and retiled and our customer restroom also retiled, for which we promptly paid Mr. Bernstein of HomeWorks of Downer's Grove. After ordering a CD for 1.98 (which was never received) I was subsequently charged monthly fees of both 59.95 and 17.45. While informed of the 59.95 monthly membership fee, the 17.45 was not authorized. In an attempt to call the 800 number listed on their website, I got nothing but a busy signal. It has been noted that our monthly phone bill is being charged a monthly service to Rocket Communications SVCS, Inc. at a rate of $12.85 per month. This is not a service that we signed up for or want.
