Like many people have noted here, shipping takes two and a half forvers. Prices are decent but the products are generally cheap second class garbage. I had three of eight multi-LED flashlights came in with one or more dead LEDs. When I told customer service they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Oh well, what do you expect from this kind of business. They're selling the stuff that's too flimsy and cheap to sell overseas - so they import it over hear and heap it on us, but not before making their cut. We recently ordered some hardware for our PS2 from Baysoft, as they did have the lowest price we saw online. After one week, we still had not heard anything, nor had we been charged. After 9 days, we were finally charged for the product, but did not receive any e-mail notification, tracking number, or the like. I'm quite surprised this thing is still in business (if you can call it that?). Cartridges that are marked wrong, not like the website represents them, no yellow in several 3-color cartridges (when I clean to try to get some yellow going, that runs out the black cartridge), odd-shaped unusual cartridges, AND reduced from 18ml contents to 12ml of ink content. Their 1-800 phone only has a message telling you to email them. Their "Customer non-Service" is plainly a sarcastic a$$hole who is no help - just lies and insults. And it goes on and on and on. Like so many others on this board, I was also scammed by BSD. I ordered a Sony CCDTRV-67 camcorder, along with a case, 4 hour battery, and a UV filter. When it arrived, they had shipped me a cheap Energizer battery for the camera at a cost of $79. It would fit in the camera, but since it was not a "Sony Infolithium" battery, the camera rejected it. West Coast Metal Buildings Inc. does not stand behind their product. They built 5 carports for us 1 year ago and after the first snow, one of them came crashing down on top of the 2 trucks that were parked underneath Causing damage to both trucks as well as complete destruction of the carport that cost $3200. My son had been under the carport just minutes earlier and could have been crushed to death had he not returned to the house to get something. I went to North Shore Day Spa and they had me fill out a bunch of information as I was a first time guest. I paid with my American Express card and when the statement came in at the end of month, there were over 47, 000.00 dollars in unauthorized charges. During the bad storm on December 20 to 22 we bought cable chains from the Napa store in Vancouver WA. After putting them on our new VW Rabbit all our warning lights came on. The chains had severed the electronics under our car. The dealership said the chains had been installed correctly but were a bad design. Now we have no ABS, no traction control, no speedometer and it well take 4 weeks and $450 to fix!
