This company is a scam, they automatically charge your account 15 days from the date of shipment of a product and process monthly orders to keep charging your account. Most people don't even see the charge until after their statements come in the mail and it is too late to get the refund for the "free" product. I want to warn everyone that Charter could care less about their customers. The Charter people worked on their set up in our front yard. THey cut our phone line in the process (we do not have Charter phone services so they probably did it on purpose) and they left the cables, etc, they used and cut in our front yard. I received a charge of 29.95 debited from my accout through IDONLOCK. This was a charge not authorized however they stated authorization was received online. I ordered 4 sets of the Joy Mangano Huggable Hangers Kids 36-pack Plus Bonuses Item: 273-975 off of HSN.COM. Over 50% of the hangers arrived DAMAGED and glued together! Ordered slimclip online, then try to cancel order; however it takes 48 hours for customer service at 800-428-1600 to receive order. Tried canceling through the website link that was sent to me via email, waited 48 hours and received no cancellation email. Tried calling the customer service again for two days and either it said they were not open, which wasnt true because I called between their normal business hours, or their message said that they were experiencing a high volume of calls and tp try again later in the week!!! Travel Partners accepted our Time Share as part of the agreement with the Platinum Program sold to us (plus a payment of $3, 700.00). This Time Share was to be filed in August of 2006 and has not been done as yet. Maintenance was promised to be paid by Travel Partners (Betty) and has not. This leaves our credit rating in jeopardy. We waited for Travel Partners to show for a court arbitration and they were a 'no show'. We again have a court date for February 16, 2009. I was checking over my bank account on 12/7/08 and noticed a charge for $59.95. I ordered tea from them on 10/29/08 and I was billed for 4.95. I have not ordered anything else and I have not received anything else since I received my initial package. I purchased a 2007 Toyota Corolla in June of 2008. We had the car for one month and we heard a grinding noise when breaking.
