I thought that these people would be out of business considering how they conduct business. the customer service people are a step beyond rude... they are just mean. i had the same problem.. i ordered a CDRW some time back and after 3 months I was still arguing with them in regads to getting the product or getting my money back. the 7th person i dealt with after a huge run around was able to refund me my money. these guys are borederline fradulant... I ordered over the phone after customizing online (I did this to avoid using my credit card online along with having the chance to question the sales person about their company). WOW - after lookin at a portion of the comments on this page, I feel like I made out like a bandit! 11/30/99 I ordered a 16MB Simm, a 32MB simm, & a 32MB DIMM. I wanted a free credit report ($1.00). I gave my creidt number for the $1.00. I now have been charged $!.00, $11.95, $9.95 and $4.95 of which all are month other than the $!.00. I should have looked at the reviews first. These guys are SCAMMERS. The TV I ordered online was listed as in stock. I called to check on the order several days later and they only had it if I upgraded to a "package" of needless and expensive extras. When I requested to speak to a manager I was disconnected. This company has ripped me off and looks like they have ripped off many more, I guess I should have looked into their reports first. I sent back RAM for warranty exchange 1.5 months ago and they refuse to replace RAM, return calls, or answer phones. I hope no one else gets taken by this company. I filed complaints with the BBB and the Attorney generals office in Arizona and California. They will not respond to any of their calls. I ordered a copy of Gears of War 2 LE on 10/10/2008. The game was released on 11/7. On 11/11, their site said "Out of stock". When I called customer support, they said they ran out of stock. I asked how they ran out of stock without sending me one, when I preordered the item a month in advance, for which they had no answer. Store seems unable to deliever what they sell in a prompt manner. Given several different shipping dates and when each passed then i am given a new one saying again that is has already shipped. On 15 December 2008 I tried to book a business trip from Denver Colorado to Manchester New Hampshire, round trip. I went to the Yahoo Travel web site and was unable to confirm purchasing the ticket because I had no password. I canceled all the input and went to Expedia and booked the trip. I worked for this company for a short time as a loan officer. After I left they failed to pay me my commissions. I had to go through arbitration where the company stonewalled the process refusing to respond to emails or phone calls from the arbitration company. I was finally awarded a judgement of $7200.
