I purchased a FREE trail of the Acai Berry and made certain to read all the fine print-obviously I must have missed something because I am now being charged and additional $83.80 for something...I never ordered anything, nor did I authorize them to send anything at a later date. How do I get out of this scam? Worst experience that I have ever had!!! I purchased a power supply that ended up being defective and they won't exchange it or refund my money. They want to charge me a 25% restocking fee because the box it came in is damaged, although the damage to the box occurred before I even purchased the item. They are very unwilling to help and didn't even believe me that the power supply was faulty until the third time that I brought it back in when they finally tested it. I am stationed in Seoul, South Korea with the US Army. On 10 June, 2003 I ordered a n Apple iPod . I have never received it nor been reimbursed for what they charged my credit card. I have submitted my Gas receipts for Sept, Oct and Nov and have not received my Gas cards. I have received e-mails confirming that they have received them and everything was in order and to expect my Gas Cards soon. Never received. Contacted them and they saidthat they "have incurred a complete sequel server database crash" and that I will receive everything owed to me. What a scam. the best way to deal with these companies is to shut down your debit or credit card so they can't get to it. I called my bank they are wiling to fight to get all my money back from center4grants. it's alittle inconvientent to change the stuff coming out of my card but to screw them and send my bamk after them is wonderful. read full review »

Despite the lure of a great deal PC video on line falls short in every area. I purchased a TV from them almost three weeks ago, and still do not have a TV. or a valid tracking number. Their customer service has do nothing but give me and my wife the run around. i have spent over five hours on hold with them, and have recieved nothing but the run around. I ordered a car seat on Amazon which was being sold through Baby Age. The price was low, so I called to confirm that it was the actual car seat as stated on the site and that the price was correct. This was, by far, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I placed an order through Amazon on 12/15/08 for a gift (with expedited shipping, 2-6 days), which was processed through Caiman. On 12/18/08, I get an email that the package was shipped, but no tracking number is provided (Amazon always provides a tracking number, and most of its other merchants do too). The product that were ordered were ordered next day air. I recived them 4 weeks latter as the company failed to inform me at the time they were not in stock. The sales staff was not helpfull in anyway in locating where my order was and never failed to have a excuse handy as to why it wasn't their fault. They also failed to reimburse me for any of the extra money I spent for next day air even though it took four weeks to get the product. I ordered a movie from amazon and like so many others I got charged a $1, then a week later I was charged the 29.95 also. There is no mention of the fee in fact when I went back on to check after talking with the sales rep, I found where they supposedly tell you about the fee. It's in a flashing red box on the side of the screen where the ads were. It looks like an ad and has a different name, so people aren't aware. I asked to be removed, my money was not refunded and today 1 mth later I was charged again!!! How can this company get away with it? They are scamming people out of their money. I was very surprised to find this web site and I am thinking I found it way too late but I would like to make a comment any way. First things first, I regret buying this computer from Axis. From day one I have had nothing but problems with my system. They replaced more components because their technical support was impossible to reach. The lens was received but the wrong camera body was shipped and the filters were cracked (the filters were well packaged so the damage was before shipment). I got totally robbed from this company. They got me for $76.00 for two motherboards. Before I sent the money order they always replied to my emails within 1 day. But now since I sent the money order I've sent over 10 emails but have not got one reply from these robbers. I wish I would have read this review BEFORE I sent them money. I'd appreciate any help anyone can give me such as phone numbers, names, etc... This company is a fraud and do not use it. I order a lot from pricewatch and have found it to be a great place to comparison shop. I have never had a problem from them before, until now. I do agree with some of the other comments that pricewatch should be some what responsible for the company's that are allowed to advertise their products on their site. I should have smelled a rat, when this company did not provide any telephone number or address. The only way to communicate with Bridgeport Bankruptcy was through a rectangular square on their web site. Then, they would reply by sending a message to your e-mail address. They even warned that the e-mail address used in sending their messages to you would not be responded to - that only that rectangular square on web site would receive attention.
