I orded online a Sony Vaio VGN-SZ110B with 2nd day delivery. On the next day Jeffrey (from MP SUPERSTORE) call me at my office and try to sell me other things that I didn't need. A few years ago, I bought a system from PC Importers. The monitor was shipped separately in a plain brown box, with barely any packing materials and no identifying label on the box. Plugged it in and smoke started pouring out. Called customer service, they said to ship it back to them and they would re-imburse me the shipping cost. I had two rebates from this place. Both purchases were made from Buy.com. One rebate was received after three and a half months. Another rebate has never been received in last one year. During this time, I have called them and sent emails. Email sent in March was replied in August. I have even moved and got my address changed in their system. But still no luck yet. We called 12/26/2008 because we received an email asking us to call in after placing an order 12/24/2008. We attempted to order a JVC EVERIO HD6 Video Camera. I had relatives visiting us here in the United States who were from out of country. Broadway Video advised us when we called that they did not accept overseas credit cards so I called in to use my USA card. I started receiving Prevention magazine a few months back and then they sent me a bill for subscription. I ignored it as I never ordered the magazine in the first place, not even as a free trial offer from anywhere. Now last week, I received a letter from North Shore Agency(Collection Agency) for payment of Prevention magazine. Well, I don't want to pay for a thing I never ordered. I placed the order at the end of June. Nothing arrived so far. All my inqiries haven't received any response. My credit card was charged right away. I disputed the charge and guess what. They responded quickly to my CC company quickly with a tracking# for a 3 pound package delivered June 30, 2006 and it was even signed by me. I was not at home then so how could I signed? The product ATI PCI Express X1600 Came with a Manufacturer Rebate. I sent all the required information 6 times. I talked with the rebate center 6 times. The said that the correct information was not recieved. I kept sending the same information. Finally i gave up. On the same day, 4 months later, I recieved a card stating that my rebate was in error and would not be processed; in a seperate mailing a check with my rebate. Very strange. Purchased a computer from them. Ordered a 450W power supply with case, received a 400W power suppy. Was told by Vladimir that it was a 450 as if I could not open the pc and see for myself. First power supply went, could not reach them, went out and bought one on my own. Now mother board went. Have received "no response" from them. None of the numbers I have will be answered. They are both the same company, there is no difference between them. all of their merchandise is crap and grey market. after having worked for them in a capacity as a vendor i was shocked at how they didn't answer their phones when they were ringing off the hook, never even listened to their voicemail and infrequently even looked at their emails. Randy & Katie Griffith own Posh Paws. In November 2008, we hired them to pet sit for us while we went on a year-long planned trip. They had sat for us before and knew the rules for caring for our fur babies. Great price, in stock, and reasonable shipping. I can't wait to receive it.. OK so its almost a moth and my product is just shipping. Then the sales guy wants me to buy and extra warrenty because he says the manufacturer may not honor the warrenty! Its 50/50. But the web site said it cam with a full US warrenty? I got my computer, but it was the worst computer I've ever owned. It froze or crashed incessantly. I think it was because the processor chip wasn't seated correctly. I have it today, in a spare room, and it's still the most unstable computer I've ever owned. I never used Windows 98 with any other machine, so I don't know how unstable it was, but I doubt I can blame the OS for this kind of instability. We booked a cruise directly with RCI, instead we ended up in a reconditioning/construction zone. Imagine being on a cruise ship, for a well-needed vacation, that you paid good money for, and you end up being in TOXIC FUMES for approximately 7 days of your cruise.
