I went to grant fund reaserch like the rest of you guys. I got the DVD, then I was charged the 69.00 After I called the bank and started an investigation. A week alter I got another starnge charge and had the card destroyed. Anyway. Made the wrong kind of die for my machine, won't refund it or make another. Though I described my machine exactly and they assured me this die would work, they then offered nothing but that they would cut the parts on their machine using the die, and charge me for each one, plus shipping! The manager, Lon WIlkerson, Jr. wouldn't even respond. The dealer, Kevin Harfst, was "offended" that I wanted my money back, and nearly kept the die I returned. A person has called me saying my local phone company gave them my phone number and they said I have a Privaticy Guard Package bein given to me. The have been charging my phone bill each month for $15.85, I was notified by my local phone comany AT&T. The phone company went back at least 4 months. I was charged $15.85 Each month. Ripoff Report Verified Safe I signed up for a bundle package online with qwest in November 2008. I then called the company to make sure everything was correct. I spoke to a young lady named casey. I had an extended warranty on my GE Profile Over the Range Microwave Oven. When My Microwave was not working properly I called GE for service. They sent 2 technician from Dial Appliance to check the Microwave, and they discovered that Magnetron Tube on the Microwave was defective and they ordered new one. I ordered the FREE teeth whitener and it will never end! The rebate form to make it free was to E'd and I had to request it 4 X's. Then I was suddenly on 'free trail' with wellness watchers MD. To get the rebate, I had to accept this 'trial period' & sign in with a password which was VERY difficult to get.
