primary 301 redirect forwarded domain went off line - 7 calls to their Support Line and 3 tickets for one issue with over 4+ hours on phone and being sent away to wrong phone numbers, ridiculous explanations of what some other hosting service should do to resolve what in the end was web.coms policy problem - ie they stopped forwarding domains - either you buy your hosting form them to or get lost and they could give a * if your site is down - that is not their problem that is yours. Unauthorized charges to my credit card from both companies began in AUguest 2008 and continued thru February 2009. YourSavingsClub charged $1.00 per month. Privacy Matters charge $19.95 alternating with $1.00 a month. Both provide a phone number and account number on the credit card billing and have a way to stop your membership. I ordered a free trial of Acai Berry which said I would have a 30 day trial and that i could return the item if i did not want it. First of all, it took 14 days before i received the package. The site makes all kinds of promises about support, warranty, product quality etc. DONT BELIEVE ANY OF THEM!! The product arrives and works great a for a few days, maybe a week. You call to get warranty or part information. They put you on the phone with a very nice technician who basically walks you thru dis-assembling the bike. I Had purchased a vehicle out of state in Utah. Upon arriving at the california DMV to get it registered for California use the lady helping me stated she could do nothing until it was smogged and complied with state regulations. First Franklin can not be trusted and be wary of any false hopes offered by this company. After dealing with them trying to refinace/renegotiate before an ARM comes due I have been strung along. We purchased a GAP policy with a local dealership for a 2006 Ford Focus. The vehicle was totaled in DEC 08. There was an extension on the vehicle for a month but that was it. Based on their policy of using an amortization calcuator and utilizing the lowest of the payment history versus what the bank paid off. Their policy is to utilize the lesser of the two. Which means with the bank using the NADA value of the vehicle for example: $10, 100 and your payoff is $11, 000. You would think the GAP would pay $900 off. WRONG!!! The company maintained the property - In Oct 2007 a call was put in to them to stop all services to the property. In May 2008, we received a bill for a fall cleanup that was done in January 2008. Do not order any dresses from this store unless you can try them on in YOUR size to see if you like how they look!!! I went to this Bridal shop to order a bridesmaid dress. They carry dresses in only very limited and mostly small sizes in the shop for purposes of trying them on. I have called numerous times trying to get a RMA to return my free trial that I no longer want and every time I do I am put on hold for about 5 minutes then they hang up on me. there is no way to e-mail them to get the RMA and they do not answer the phone to give it to me. In the fall 2008, my mortgage company contacted me that I was behind in payments. I had been paying my mortgage monthly, but in the end of 2007, I ran into financial problems and missed two payments. I ordered a 14 day trial of Life Cleanse and Acai Elite, the company did not ship my product by UPS like i was told, instead it came regular mail.
