It has been 6 weeks since I placed my order and I still have not received the full order. I have sent multiple emails to them, including one to cancel the order, and have received no replies. They list no phone number to call for assistance, emails only, which they ignore. I highly suggest avoiding them at all cost. My experience has been mixed. My first order was for a Canon iPF6100 printer, and I received it in a timely fashion for an excellent price. Purchased a htpc style computer case, case was defective, digital connection refused to refund my money. In addition the case i purchased has a design flaw where the 3.5" drive cage can come into contact with the video card, and it fried my $405 video card. Digital connection was aware of this cases propensity to ruin video cards, however they never warned their customers about this.
