I just wanted to say that Verizon needs to stop crippling their phones. Other cellphone companies allow their phones to have full use of the technology built into them. For example Verizon locks the GPS so you have to pay for their VZnavigator. If you have a PDA phone you cannot sync via blue tooth because Verizon locked that for use with a headset only. Other Cellphone companies will allow you send photos via blue tooth. My emails have gone unanswered and customer service offers no answer to the problem but to wait? The rebates were supposed to be sent six to 8 weeks after purchase and sending in of rebates. Now, four months later, there is still no rebates and a total lack of any support from Tiger Direct. My complaint is about the Vauxhall Astra LPG system in general. There is a common fault in the Autogas system and not even the reputable Hartwells (Vauxhall) garage at Sheffield could diagnose it for me. If the main agents fail then what can you do? Be advised that we recently (November, 2004) had a bad experience with Vanden Construction operating out of Hawthorn Woods, IL. Contractor's name is Paul Vanden (full last name is Vandendolder).
