I urge consumers to not use either the printer Noteworthy or celebrateinvitations.com for their printed Christmas card needs. Firstly, the printer offered a free christmas card flap, yet charged me for it. On the web site it said it would be included in the shopping cart price but taken off when the order was shipped.
I had to write more than one e-mail to get this corrected, and in the end basically said I was lying but they could not prove it. How may I ask there was even a free offer if it wasn't on the web site. Suprisingly, they said they had no archived files.
In addition the card is flimsy. Most importantly the photo size was posted as 4X6, when I used this size photo it looked awful on the print as it overlaps the border, making it appear to be an inappropriate size.
The card depicted on the website is a vertical photo, yet I used a horizontal one and therefore it looks much worse. Granted, I may have not inspected the picture that well, looking more closely at the design of the photo- yet one would expect a photo border to be just that.
They then offered to charge me more money to have another card printed. Again implying I was at fault for their inferior products. I strongly encourage you to use neither this printer nor the internet company. I have used them in the past years, obviously consumer loyalty means nothing to them.
