his is a joke of a web-site to down-load music. I originally joined in 9-2003, b-c my son wanted me to for him. We never got a successful down-load. Well he and I both forgot about this membership. 9-22-2004 my checking account shows WTS*800-717-7476WTS(Web Transaction Services)withdrew $18.00 for MP3Downloadhq.com. If you like being lied to and losing your money then by all means use this company. I put in for a lease on some fitness equipment for a gym I was opening, they sent me a contract with a monthly payment figure on it. I sent it back with a 'deposit' check expecting my equipment from the seller. This guy then turns around after getting my deposit check and tells me that my monthly payment is now almost twice what was on the original contract. By the way, he cashed my deposit check before telling me this. So when I told him to take a... read full review »

I purchased ATT/Dishnet work last Sept ('08). I missed the last endings of all, all, every game of the World Series. I called a number of times receiving assurance things will get better. I continue to get the same poor service. It is April 2 and nothing. I have had repair people out on at least three occasions and nothings. I pay close to $100 a month and get almost nothing. They tell me we will reduce your bill by $10 a month! So now I will pay $10 less for the same nothing. The penalty for canceling is $180. I pay via auto pay, so... read full review »

I then was asked to send 25.00 to open the account. After I sent the 25.00 opening amount, they froze the account asking for tons of more information than was originally requested. Do not give them cash or checks. First you'll get a knock on your door. It will be a college student asking you if you could look at something. They'll say if they get enough people to do it they'll win a scholarship in a contest. They give you a laminated paper with their picture on it and supposed information. They'll show you three more laminated papers with info on both sides. They'll have 'Codes' and magazine names. They'll ask you to pick out a magazine. These accusations are completely untrue. We have been in business under the same name since 1987. In this particular case, the customer's item was backordered. We informed them of this and then cancelled the order. No money was EVER TAKEN from this customer, and their credit card was NOT charged. It has been our policy for 19 years never to charge the customer's credit card until their order is processed and shipped. Our web site is most certainly not "fake", and has been in continuous operation on the web since 1994. Our fax number and customer service email are listed on our web site and we respond promptly to all inquiries. read full review »

We found out from our attorney that the contract was in fact for a house not a car and if we had paid all of th payments that the owner could come and reclaim the car and we would have no recourse. We also found out through the DMV that the dealership was suppose to give us temp tags and paperwork to register the car in our name which they did not and the owner of the dealership had it registered in his name. Bad news on two fronts: Simmons Pillow Top and Simmons response to defective mattresses. Out of the box, the mattress was uneven and caused sinking into crevasses.
