I purchased ATT/Dishnet work last Sept ('08). I missed the last endings of all, all, every game of the World Series. I called a number of times receiving assurance things will get better. I continue to get the same poor service. It is April 2 and nothing. I have had repair people out on at least three occasions and nothings. I pay close to $100 a month and get almost nothing. I was hired by a company called webcams.com. Webcams told me that in order to get my paycheck I had to open an account with Epassporte.com I uploaded my drivers license and social security card and requested documents in order to open my account. These accusations are completely untrue. We have been in business under the same name since 1987. In this particular case, the customer's item was backordered. We informed them of this and then cancelled the order. No money was EVER TAKEN from this customer, and their credit card was NOT charged. It has been our policy for 19 years never to charge the customer's credit card until their order is processed and shipped. We fell for the scam at A1 Auto. We purchased a car and were scammed out of 3, 000 dollars. We found out from our attorney that the contract was in fact for a house not a car and if we had paid all of th payments that the owner could come and reclaim the car and we would have no recourse. Mediacom Internet Service I am a Mediacom customer for a year and a half. I have always had issues with their customer service. I always have internet outages and some of them would last for days. My son got signed up for a premium service on his phone that came from Mobile Messenger. The feature would automatically download at various times in the middle of the night or when he was in school without access to his phone. I used the Mobile Messenger contact information from their rebuttal letter and got a live customer service rep. They provided an agent name and confirmation number for the contact. On April 5, Value Max debited $19.95 from my account without prior authorization. This seems to be a link from Intelius which I also used. I have also been charged $19.95 from Intelius as well. I had to call my brokerage firm to report both of these unauthorized charges against my account and am in the process of having my debit card changed because of it. Bad news on two fronts: Simmons Pillow Top and Simmons response to defective mattresses. In October 2004, we purchased the top of the line Beechwood Summit from Simmons (Mattress Gallery in a Southern California store). We signed a contract with these guys in June of 2003 when a salesman came by our home. It seemed like a decent deal- service charges of $50/month for 3 years in return for a security system and service for those months. We soon found that the service was a ripoff, as we didn't receive anything from it even when the alarm went off. I was in a minor accident that was my fault. There was very little damage to the car in front of me. My car's passenger side head lamp was broken and there was a little bit of fender damage. She just had a black eye, really! I then had it taken to a very respected body shop with over 30 years of excellent business. I stopped my service with Time Warner Cable in January 2009 and had a credit due to me of $122.03. This was because I always made sure I paid my bill on time and the results was an overpayment. A guy called Larry Maxx and he claimed himself from Manchester UK, sent me an email saying that he sent me a package which consists of 5000 pounds and some other gifts. In his email, he attached the picture of the box and the airway bill. I had a $250.00 voucher for free gas. I had to initially pay $5.00 through pay pal to activate this voucher. This company's REAL name is Infinity Group Services, based in Irvine, CA. When you call desperate to save your home, they will tell you they can get you a new H4H loan, no problem.
